Hotel je umiestneny v krasnom prostredi, izby boli priestranne, ciste, bohato vybavene a pohodlne. Obsluhujuci personal bol mily.
Zial, napriek tomu, ze hotel je naozaj pekny, sluzby nesplnaju standard 4* hotela. Ubytovat sme sa mohli od 15:00, pricom restauracia a bar sa zatvara 15:00, cize ziadna moznost stravovania v hoteli. Recepcia bez nepretrzitej prevadzky, zatvara sa 20:00 a keby som kolegovi, ktory prisiel neskor, nezobral kartu od izby, nemal by sa po 20:00 ako dostat do hotela. Aj ked sme v hoteli na druhy den organizovali konferenciu pre 80 ludi, kedze sme prisli tesne po 15:00, nespravili nam ani kavu a na izbe sa nenachadza ziadny kavovy servis. Obed pocas konferencie velmi zle organizovany, 2 konferencie na obede v jeden cas, bufet na malom priestore kde personal nestihal, uz len na polievku sa vytvoril rad cez celu restauraciu az k baru a niektore jedla, hlavne prilohy nestihal personal dokladat. Zazil som uz vela hotelov roznych kategorii, ale ani v ziadnom penzione sa mi nestalo, ze Vam po prichode ani kavu nespravia.
