Excelente lugar de descanso
Pros:

Amabilidad de quienes atendieron, limpieza del recinto y buen restaurante.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó era el ruido externo que se sentía completamente en las habitaciones. No tenían selladas las ventanas.

Muito agradável.
Pros:

O Cleiton fez excelente recepção, apesar da pressão de várias entradas ao mesmo tempo. A Flávia da tapioca faz a melhor que comi para o café. A Mariane do bar da piscina deixa o dia mais alegre. Os funcionários em geral deixam a estadia leve e agradável.

Cons:

Muito pagode. Durante o café esperava uma música mais suave. Após o almoço, mais música internacional e menos sofrencia.

Al llegar nos asignaron una habitación con mal olor y lejana, sin embargo lo solucionaron muy pronto asignando otra habitación

Sehr lautes Schlagen der (vielen) Zimmertüren morgens und überlaute Unterhaltungen (bzw. Schreien) des Reinigungs-Teams.
Die sog. Unterhaltungs-"Shows" waren nur schwer zu ertragen, schlechte Qualität des One-Band-"Künstlers", er kann einfach nicht performen ...

Estadia maravilhosa 😍
Pros:

Do início ao fim de nossa estadia, o atendimento foi impecável. Funcionários muito solícitos. Café da manhã delicioso com destaque ás tapiocas. Os pratos do restaurante servem muito bem e são deliciosos, preço justo. Fácil acesso à praia do Cupê e as piscinas naturais do Ponta do Cupê, fomos caminhando. As idas ao centrinho de Porto de Galinhas podem ser feitas através de Uber ou Táxi. Recomendo a hospedagem.

Tapioca muito boa .

Hotel se diz smart porém a TV do quarto nao é smart. Apenas opção de 2 canais TV aberta.
Alguns funcionários, principalmente recepção precisam tratar melhor as pessoas .
