Cons:

Séjour très décevant pour un hôtel affichant 4 étoiles.
À notre arrivée, la salle de bain sentait fortement l’urine, la baignoire était dans un état inadmissible (voir photo) et le sol de la chambre n’était pas nettoyé.

Le restaurant présente les mêmes problèmes d’hygiène : chaises, tables et vaisselle pas toujours propres. On ressort avec une odeur désagréable sur soi. Le petit dejeuné n est pas tout inclus le jus d’orange frais qui est un point essentiel du petit déjeuné est payant 1 euro le petite verre.
Le prix des expressos varie chaque jour sans explication (3,00 €, puis 2,80 €, puis 3,80 €), ce qui donne une impression d’arnaque.
Certains serveurs sont désagréables si vous ne parlez pas espagnol ou anglais, ce qui est regrettable dans un hôtel international.
La politique de caution pour les tasses change d’un jour à l’autre : parfois demandée, parfois non.

Points positifs : les animateurs pour enfants sont formidables.
En revanche, la moitié des jeux de l’aire pour enfants était hors service.

Globalement, les 4 étoiles ne sont pas justifiées.

Restauracja za mala jak na liczbe gosci. Tlum biega w poszukiwaniu talerzy i potraw, ktorych czesto brakuje. Halas jest niesamowity.

Slaba komunikacja w jezyku angielskim. Hotel przyjmuje duzo gosci z francuskiego biura podrozy Framissima. Grupa animacji tez jest Framissima. Mowia, bawia sie i spiewaja po francusku. Agielsko jezyczni goscie siedza sami i nie wiedza co sie dzieje.

Los juegos y animaciones el personal de grandísima de 10 todos ellos super amables y currantes para ofrecer una estancia perfecta,

Cons:

Largas colas de espera en el snak de la piscina,también en el restaurante echo en falta postres ha habido poca variación para estar varios días.asi como espacio reducido para la cantidad de clientes que se agrupan en los espectáculos nocturnos, quedaban bastantes clientes en pie para poder disfrutar del espectaculo!
