Le jardin, la grandeur de la chambre

Cons:

Au petit déjeuner, une seule machine à jus fonctionnait. Il y avait à chaque fois deux machines quii étaient étaient vide ou en panne.
Prix excessif pour un petit chien. 25€ n'est pas justifié, pas d'aménagement pour faire leurs besoins.

Pros:

El servicio de habitaciones y el personal de animación súper profesional!

Cons:

Fuimos el último fin de semana que ya iba a cerrar el hotel y el buffet era un descontrol. Cuando se acababa la comida apenas reponian.

Godt og hyggeligt sted. Man får hvad man betaler for.
Pros:

Venligt personale, meget god rengøringsservice. De rengøre grundigt hver dag. hyggeligt og flot sted.

Cons:

Sengene er slet ik behagelige. Legepladsen kunne sagtens opgraderes lidt, så det bliver mere attraktivt for børn og især babyer at lege der.
Morgenmadbuffeten var ikke særlig god. Samme mad hver dag og ikke stort udvalg.

Bastante bien pero mejorable
Pros:

El centro acuático estaba muy bien, sobre todo si viajas con niños. Tienen un entretenimiento en las piscinas genial, y tanto el bar como la zona de snacks estaban cerca.

Cons:

Hay un par de cosas que creo que son muy mejorables. Empezando por el régimen de todo incluido, si es como su nombre indica (pagamos el más alto que había) pero luego había productos que no entran en ello, me parece que no se indicaba bien.
Pero sobre todo, durante los 7 días que estuvimos, estaban dentro del buffet en el desayuno, confundidos los carteles de la leche sin lactosa con la leche desnatada. Puedo entender que un día incluso con lo peligroso que es, te equivoques, pero todos los días estaba al revés y no prestaron el más mínimo interés.

Me esperaba más....

El personal infinitamente paciente. El Bufete no está mal. Pero se notó que era últimos dias de temporada.

Cons:

Para empezar el check in. Estuvimos esperando hora y media. Creo que deberían hacer check in a través on line. O hay máquinas como otros hoteles que ayudan mucho a hacer check in y no tener que esperar tanto. Las instalaciones son antiguas y necesitan un reforma urgentemente. La limpieza regular. Lo del todo incluido deberían informar que no son primeras marcas. Y no me quiero extender más ya que lo que pongo es más una sugerencia para que tomen nota. Criticar si a los jefes que metieron más gente en el puente del Pilar con el personal que tenían y las existencias que quedaban que eran insuficientes. Venga un saludo y a seguir mejorando.💪

Personal sehr freundlich, Wasserrutschen und Animation für Kinder

Cons:

Zimmer sehr alt und kaputt, Löcher in den Wänden, kaputte Türen, Fernseher hing komplett schief an der Wand, Spiegel hatte Kratzer, Zimmer sehr lieblos und gar nicht wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, auch kein Schreibtisch, schwarze Haare auf dem Boden im Bad, Frühstück eine Katastrophe, Teller alle, Tassen alle, Saftautomat kaputt, wir konnten uns nichts setzen, weil alle Tische mit altem benutzten Geschirr “besetzt” waren, wurde ewig nicht weggeräumt. Der Weg an der Automat direkt (Bürgersteig zugeparkt und bepflanzt) sehr gefährlich, um zum Supermarkt oder Strand zu kommen. Nicht zu empfehlen! Waren nur kurz da, für ein Event in der Nähe. Als Urlaubshotel nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Putzfrau war richtig gut und am freundlichsten vom ganzen Personal!

Cons:

Leider hat das Essen zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Wer kein Fisch isst, ist hier falsch. Die Hygiene der Teller und Gläser war nichts! Pinker Lippenstift noch immer am frisch gespülten Glas....
