Great place.
Pros:

Very friendly helpful staff. Ellen at the front desk; Dennis the valet and Prince the morning breakfast and night bartender were great. Oh and the guys in laundry service were awesome! The location is quiet. They take great care of you and are very helpful.

Cons:

Some frustration with cleaning staff knocking on the door multiple times during the day, even with the do not disturb. Seems everyone had a different assignment and maybe they should have checked with the ladies who cleaned the rooms bc they were great. Restaurant options weren't that great. Breakfast was the only meal that I would repeat. Also room service was quite slow and only one time did I not have to call 45+ minutes later to ask the status.

Pros:

The staff were really amazing

Cons:

The place is under renovations and it’s looks really bad, there’s musty smell due to the old carpets and the cleanliness was not good.

Good for a short stay in a convenient area.
Pros:

Bed is comfortable, and room is of a nice size. Breakfast buffet is great and fruits are fresh. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

Rooms are a little dated and, there's quite a lot of dust in the cupboard area. The shower drains couldn't drain properly as well.

The Property is nice. The loby area needs to be improved in terms of sitting areas for Guests
Pros:

The workers at the Restaurant especially at night are overwhelmed with a lot of work as they are usually few in number

Nice and great location but too expensive for what it offers.
Pros:

Location was great, breakfast buffet too. Staff were very helpful and pleasant once I got to the hotel.

Cons:

I was trying to reserve airport pick up and had to call several times to teach someone. Staff didn’t respond through Booking.com
Prices were a bit outrageous for the type of hotel this is.
