Hampton Inn Novi - great location / could use better upkeep
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly. Location was vry good

Cons:

Facilities need greater attention. Refrigerator did not work, vending machine confiscated coins.

Gross. Had I not been exhausted and it was unsafe for me to drive home well over an hour away I would,have left.
Pros:

The only saving grace was the amazing front desk staff.

Cons:

Dirty. The first room they gave me, I went in it had wrappers everywhere, the bed wasn’t made, there was trash and it was clearly not cleaned. The second room they gave me had several pubic hairs in the shower, the faucet for the sink was leaking and the beds were hard.

It was okay. Just need easier check in.
Pros:

It was close to our event. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Check in was painful. Desk was closed. Lady put a note that to check in, call a number she put on the desk. I had to call twice.

Couldnt sleep too. Pillows wont give you support. Hard to sleep.

I am shocked at what i saw there.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok but the bacon was over cooked.

Cons:

The bathroom was filthy and smelled like it was just used, we had to get a different room. The new room floor was filthy.

Decent hotel, would not book again.
Pros:

The beds were cozy, and the breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Upon arriving I stood waiting in the looby for 10+ mins waiting for someone to check us in. After the phones started ringing a women finally came out from the dark gym with a man following behind her. She was kind, but there was no bell or any other way to notify staff someone was there to check in. The bathroom in our room was dirty. The floor clearly hadn't been swept and the shower curtain had dirt on it.

Love the staff to cleanliness to work out area everything was exceptional excellent

Cons:

I would have liked the breakfast to be more fresh eggs not a fan of the folded eggs, bacon maybe ham. other than that it was very good. Still offered a lot of variety very very good.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Room was quiet. Good location to where we needed to be the next day.

Shower was moldy. No toilet paper when we got there.

Comfortable, handicap access 1st floor room was perfect.
Pros:

The breakfast looked great BUT we were fasting because of a doctor appointment at 9am. So next time we hope to enjoy the full menu!

All good.
