L'hôtel est surchauffé en hiver. Pas d'ouverture des fenêtres. On est en décembre et je suis nu a transpirer. Pas de climatisation. Je ne peux pas dormir. J'ai mal à la tête. La moquette est sale. Le bâtiment est vieux. Le sauna tombe en ruine. Seul le personnel remonte un peu ma note mais ils ne peuvent rien pour améliorer la vétusté de l'hôtel.

Si vous n'avez pas accès au balcon... N'y allez pas. C'est vieux. La moquette est salie par les années. Le sauna tombe en ruine. Seul le personnel est gentil et le restaurant ok.

The wedding reception here is a bit remote, via over 20 subway 🚇 stops, but the hotel environment is nice, with an outdoor garden, and when morning came, the newlyweds laid out a mahjong table at the edge of the garden.
The reception from noon was moderate, and the cleaning lady who saw us looking for hot water here and there and greeted us and took us to get hot water deserves an acknowledgement.
She was also courteous to non-guests, taking the initiative to give us free parking tickets, giving us change for mahjong, and being very resourceful.
Overall a good experience, next time try the buffet!

The hotel is clean, very quite, not too crowed, well maintained, and the staff are absolutely genuine and attentive. The swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay. We definitively will come back again.

Cross over the main road and walk for around 15mins and you'll come across a market place with a number of outdoor eateries and clothing and supermarket store.

I stayed here ten nights while visiting family after staying at another nearby hotel for seven nights. This is the only hotel that I will stay at the next time I am in China! The hotel was excellent and shares the restaurants, fitness center and swimming pools with the adjoining Crowne Plaza hotel. Breakfast was outstanding with Chinese, American, Indian, Japanese and European traditional choices on the buffet. The room was very comfortable and we opened the balcony door at night to let in some cool air instead of using the air conditioner.

My room rate included a 200 RMB daily voucher for any of the four hotel restaurants and we tried them all. My favorites were the asparagus dish and the fried shrimp dish from the Chinese restaurant as well as the Indian curries and Thai Tom Yum soup from the grill restaurant next to the buffet. The grill also had good pizza and kids menu items for my children. The Paraguarian duo performing live music at the restaurants every night added a touch of class and we also very much enjoyed listening to them in the Aqua Bar. The atmosphere and service of the hotel felt like a $400 dollar per night hotel in the United States, but my nightly rate was much less than that so I felt the hotel was an excellent value. They also gave me two free drink certificates for being an IHG Platinum member, so it was nice to feel recognized for my loyalty to IHG hotels.

The location was very good for me to walk to the McDonalds, Starbucks, Walmart and several good bakeries nearby. There is a nice park within walking distance where we went to the playground and also bought fish food for 5 RMB to feed the goldfish a couple of times during our stay.

The indoor pool requires swimming caps, so plan on bringing them or buying some at Walmart. The staff at the hotel desk and concierge were very courteous and spoke English well. A taxi from the hotel back to the airport costs about 75 RMB.

I especially want to thank Twova Wang from the front desk for the gift she gave my daughter. It was very thoughtful and my daughter wears her panda purse everywhere now!

This hotel is top class from the moment we entered reception we were greeted with friendly staff, our room and bed very grand, breakfast and buffet dinner superb pity we couldn't stay longer. Staying here for four nights while in Chengdu. Room lovely and clean, nice big king size bed. Lovely buffet breakfast and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is great as it’s Close to local shops and restaurants.

We had one night here as part of an SNA tour of China. Large room, Queen bed, quiet hotel. We arrived well before 2pm but the hotel checked us in at 10.50am and we were very grateful.
Breakfast was included and had a wide range of food. Cereal, eggs, pastries, lots of Asian options too. The only downside to the hotel was the location, as we were a bit isolated. We used a restaurant and bar just near the hotel, and the prices were really cheap. We also ate at the hot pot restaurant just next door which was Yuan716 for the four of us for lots of meat and vegetables and beers.

It was pure heaven to check in and collapse into a comfy bed after 18 hours of flying. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view over the pool and gardens. The holiday inn is a part of the crown next door so you can eat and drink at either venue. We ordered room service which was ok, not amazing. The buffet breakfast was included and was fantastic. Go for a stroll through the gardens around the pool area - just beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect hotel and perfect staff ever... They are helpful and decent..
I stayed 2 months.. The room always clean and the facilities always good..
Gym and breakfast also is fine.
