Old bathroom facilities are blocked, and the service is not good

The staff are excellent at this hotel and do go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The condition of the hotel is a little old, slow elevators, corridors and the lobby are open and have no air conditioning do by the time you go anywhere you are uncomfortably hot. The location is far from anything so maybe a shuttle could be offered to help those without a car or bus information easily accessible would also help. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the toilet was separate to the shower but had no towel rack for drying your hands.

The view from my room is epic even though the location is far from city center. It is a relaxing trip.

This is my firsttime to Haikou and I like tocome agane

The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful. We were checked into our room swiftly and enjoyed the western food at the restaurant. Pls note that when arriving at the hotel, taxi drivers may drop you off at the nearby Holiday Inn Express instead. Facilities are decent, but could be spruced up a little (e.g. clean soap stains on glass, carpet looks a little old).

Free upgrade, comfortable room, friendly staff. Need around 45-60 mins to go to the city, it would be great if you guys can provide shuttle bus service.

Staffs are always ready to help especially the housekeeping crew.

Haikou is a modern city. Unless you are a great lover of beach, you might want to stay in the city instead as most of the tourist attractions like the Feng Xiao Kang Movie Theme Park, Qi luo Old Street and Red Mangrove Nature park are nearer to reach if you stay in the city. It took me about an hour to reach these places from where I stay in a cab which I booked for an entire day. The beach was fantastic though. Unlike Saya, the beach front entertainment facilities are really lacking. Instead of having dinner at my hotel, I had to walk about 2 km along the beach and cross a road to reach a mega food court for dinner each night because there are no eateries around my hotel. I did that every night because I am a beach lover and the long stretch of beach with the breeze and the beautiful sunset was enough for me. In the city you might be able to use Mastercard but not where I stayed. The hotel could charge all my bill using the card but the Mega Food Court accept only American Visa. This was also the frustration I felt when I was at Hainan , Sanya !. The hotel staff of Holiday Inn were extremely helpful in providing information about tourist attractions in Haikou and would also help to arrange transport if you need it to get to those places An approximation of the cost for booking a vehicle for a single trip or for a full day would also be made known to you.

近くにはビーチがあり、散歩も楽しみながらゆっくり出来る所です。ベランダからの眺めも良く、眼下に広がる夜景は思っていたより綺麗でした。部屋の広さはそれ程でもありませんが、角部屋は少し広めでお勧めです。
朝食は1階のレストランでバイキング形式でしたが、１００元以下で味も満足できました。

方便又乾淨飯店

We had a good time exploring Haikou & Sanya in Hainan Island. We travelled by public transport which was quite convenient at both our seaside Hotels
