Louis Kienne Hotel Simpang Lima

It's a good place to stay the night. The service is good and the room is clean. The facility is complete and the location is strategicly located in the heart of the city. The room spacey with good view of the city view. Very recommended for every traveler who wish to come to Semarang

I stayed at 1507 1 january 2025 room hotel clean and tidy and thank you mr alfian from housekeeping make a good towel art and its so cute my daughter really love it pak indra as manager helping much he took the initiative to park my car upon check in due to high session over all the staff louise kienne is well service and helpfull i feel warm and comfort thank you

Great and the best place for stay in town... specialy housekeeping team the way you deserve with heart and thank you for your hospitality. Go to swimming pool at floor 23 best view you will get while having some of coffee sky bar. Will be back soon....

Good location, in the heart of semarang. Walking distance to many places such as restaurant or street food, best view from rooftop with infinity pool. Recommended for business or with family for weekend escape. Will definitely come again

The hotel is extremely dirty and this is not a 4 star hotel. If you’re looking for somewhere clean and a bed to sleep on, this is not for you. Dirty carpets, dirty tables just terrible. Left my booking earlier just because we couldn’t take it any longer.

[-] the elevator signage floor number can turn off suddenly, even though we already tap the access card, this thing is too scary.
Hope the hotel can do some maintenance as it is for safety of all people.

My wife came to Hotel but they didn't check her in because their program was not working. She came at 2 am. And they throw here away. Even didn't get my money back.

Well appointed room, a bit small, pool on the roof but nowhere to sit, maybe a little overpriced.

All staff were very friendly. The hotel is only walking distance to Citraland shopping centre, Ace hardware and Hospital.

Just good, but small bathroom

I stayed in Louis Bandanaran before,... that’s why I booked this at Simpang5. Becos I like their sky pool so spectacular. Room has even better view overlooking the whole Simpang 5 park. Modern, clean small room (no bath tub though). Everything perfect except 1 drawback : it has the smallest breakfast area (around size of 2 rooms combined) I have ever experienced from other many hotels in Semarang. Then of cos the choice of food is so limited. Sub-standard breakfast.

Only stayed 1 night. The hotel only has 2 elevators serving 25 floors. During peak times, it takes forever for the elevators. Bathroom is very small.

Great Hotel in the Heart of Semarang. Parking lot a little ackward but have quite lot of space. The Sky Pool is awesome cool...^^

Overall stay was full of disturbance, the room given to me has connecting door inside, and apparently the walls were so thin that I could hear when someone was talking next door. First night, two guys. Second night a group of family with kids that was really noisy that I couldn't sleep. they would arrive late at night and the kids would make screams and noises, completely ignoring that it was almost midnight!

Also, I would like to complain regarding this booking that has charged an extra 300,000 ,- which actually was a room guarantee that should not be submitted to the bank -

Very convenient for stay

The park its not safe, connection to restaurant for breakfast not easy, internet up and down, dont have stair conecction to lobby.
Compare to price, over all not satisfield.
