一出JR剪票口立刻到的旅館，不用奔波又有大書桌和極好的服務！
Pros:

地點就在JR車站剪票口同一棟建築，對寒冷的冬天或夜晚抵達山形的客人，不用奔波找路格外溫暖方便👍 員工樂於協助，訓練有素，能以英語溝通，也是此飯店特色。喜歡或需要去Montbell 採購者，就在門口10分鐘內的路程。對於需要書桌的人，有個少見的長書桌，最是驚喜方便！！！

Great Location, perfect services
Pros:

I had a grate stays with my family. Room size is large for 3 adults and 1 child. We have a plenty of space for our luggage.
On the checkout day, I forgot then blanket for my child and I realized when I arrived Tokyo. When I contact the hotel, the service team is very helpful. They also contacted my hotel in Tokyo to arrange the shipment. Very impressive.
Another thing, Japanese breakfast is so great. My mom is really impressive.

Cons:

Maybe the more variation of international buffet would make overall experience with better satisfaction

Pros:

員工如救星的服務極佳，協助我們解決臨時意外的行李箱小鑰匙鎖遺失的處理狀況！
通知工務部，兩位先生有精神、有序地出現，帶著大剪刀，跟我們討論之後，一刀解救！
可惜後來沒再遇到居間聯繫協助的櫃檯女服務員，希望下次再有機會入住、致謝。

Pros:

部屋が綺麗で感染対策の面も良かったです。

Cons:

ベッドが柔らかく枕が低い（個人的に妻も同意見）ため、首肩に痛みが出た、お昼のチェックアウトに部屋からフロントまで出会うスタッフの方から何も声がけがなかった様に感じ寂しい

多年前曾入住過此飯店,優質的服務及便利的地理位置,令人想到山形就會想到這間飯店,我們住了三個晚上,以此為據點到附近滑雪,狐狸村及搭新幹線都非常方便,飯店的接待人員也都非常親切有禮令人滿意
