Pros:

地點超級方便～車站出了驗票閘口後就有手扶梯可以下到lobby，一樓有和購物中心的連通門。參加花笠祭走路10分鐘，走路到縣廳25分鐘，出門左手邊走路三分鐘就有有到仙台或是藏王溫泉、御釜的大巴。

掃除がゆき届いていて気持ち良かった。

Cons:

カードキイを渡して下さる時、エレベーターでの使用を
一言つけ加えて下さると親切。初めてで、後期高齢者はあれ？ドアが閉まらない！と焦りました。

Pros:

スタッフの方は皆笑顔で丁寧に対応して下さって安心しました。禁煙ルームを予約していたのですが喫煙ルームに変更出来るか聞いたら、ちゃんと調べて下さって、8千円高ければありますと答えて下さいました。
部屋はとても清潔で、周りの部屋の声も響かず、快適に過ごせました。ベッド周りにもライトがあり、寝ながら読書も出来て寛げました。
部屋のキーがなければエレベーターも動かせないので、セキュリティ面も安心出来ます。
山形駅の隣でアクセスがとても良いのに、お値段もお手頃なので、山形に行く時はいつも利用させて頂いています。

Cons:

アメニティは充実していたのですが、化粧品がなかったのが少しだけ残念でした。
