This hotel was a major disappointment for me. Almost all the guests were elderly German tourists, which made the atmosphere feel more like a retirement home than a holiday resort.

The reception staff spoke very poor English, and one of them was outright rude. When I asked about a breakfast box for an early check-out, they pretended not to understand me, which felt dismissive and unhelpful.

On the beach, service was inconsistent and seemed selective depending on where you were from. One waiter ignored my order for a cocktail, only to bring it half an hour later with a smile, after I had already gone to the bar myself.
The food was tasty but extremely repetitive. Meat dishes were varied, but fish was always the same type prepared with different sauces every day. Out of seven days, seafood and sushi were served only once. As a pescatarian, I had almost no variety and ended up eating the same thing daily. The entire menu seemed designed exclusively for German guests.
Some waiters in the restaurant were polite and respectful, and after the first day I managed to figure out where everything was, but overall the hotel felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. There are no clear signs inside the hotel, so finding your way around was frustrating.
The beach itself is nice, with a gradual entrance into the sea. But honestly, this does not feel like a 5-star hotel—more like 4 at best. I also don’t understand the overly positive reviews and the guests who return here year after year; it feels like they simply have no point of comparison.
Unless you are a senior who enjoys meat-heavy food and cold salads, I would strongly advise staying away from this hotel.

We spent a very pleasant 10 days at the hotel, the staff was extremely kind and polite (except the reception, but I will write about that in the "disliked" section). Abundant, high-quality food, evening programs, staff and service on the beach *5. I would gladly recommend it to anyone, trusting that the inconvenience that happened to us will not happen to them. We had a great experience at this hotel. We were staying at this hotel for the first time. The staff was really helpful, particularly a woman called Sevilay, she helped a lot in the restaurant area, even though we didn't know the language perfectly.

They cleaned the rooms each day, they also refilled the minibar as well and created some animal formats from towels. Each evening there was a presenter or a show, which was located in the hotel area, and things like karaoke, concerts, and acrobatic presentations in the pool.

We recommend it for people above +18, without children since it is an adult-only hotel.

I have just come back from this hotel, which is not the first time I've stayed here, but the last time.If you want to spend your holidays in a German retirement home, go ahead! The service has deteriorated so much, the waiters are selective in serving only those they expect to tip, many others are just ignored.I just want to say thank you to the staff who just treat everyone as a guest no matter which country they come from.We all pay the same for our holidays and we should be treated with the same respect too.

A really nice hotel. Interesting, modern decor, spacious rooms and clean. Delicious, varied food. The service was very nice, communicative and helpful. For me, the advantages are the abundance of activities and the proximity to the beach. Possibility of easy access to ancient Side along the promenade. A place worth recommending.

We had a very pleasent stay in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Also on the beach, chairman, bartenders all of them ready to help and serve you all day. Rooms are nice, clean and fresh and the interieur had lots of cute and suprising details. Food was good, compliments to the chef and staff.

90% of hotel guests are German. Most of the hotel staff only speak German, English is less than communicative even at the reception. The German guests were always favored, we felt like second-class guests. In addition, there are unpleasant situations of constantly correcting us in German, you say something in English and they repeat the order in German. Even the Germans' greeting music is the same note every morning: "guten morgen guten morgen". You could get towels from 8 a.m., but most of the nice places by the pool were occupied even from 6 a.m. The food was very average, the breakfasts were great, the other meals were miserable. Everyday the same.

We loved our stay. The food was delicious, the staff was super friendly: they speak English, German, Russian and Turkish ofc. We didn’t have any problems with waiters etc (but we also don’t drink alco); restaurant is big enough for everyone.
I’d recommend to go to their spa, it was amazing!!!!!
Location of the hotel is ok, it’s around 3km to the city center. Beach was so-so and we swam at our beach just ones cuz the bottom is not the best and it’s too busy there cuz of other hotel next to it..however we made nice walks (~800m right or ~1km left to Dafne hotel and there’s a perfect sea to swim); we don’t like laying on a beach so it was perfect for us to have some walks.
Gym is small and hot, not a lot of equipment is there but you still can do something. The aquagym was fun to do
Soundproof rooms!!! But next to the elevators it can be loud I guess..
WiFi is good enough to chat and call.

Hotellet har mycket dåligt läge långt från shopping. Mörk gata från hotellet upp till stora vägen. Ganska långt ner till stranden. Fanns inget att äta på beach-baren förutom Gözleme (bröd). Fanns inga drinkar endast öl och vin. Ingen service på stranden. Dålig och liten strandremsa som hotellet har.
Rummen och wifi var ok men städningen mycket dålig. De bytte ej lakan som utlovat var tredje dag. De fyllde inte på i minibaren.
Vid poolen spelade animation team mycket högt så det knappt gick att prata med varandra. Spelades moderna musik typ techno. Hemskt.
Detta är inget hotell som vi kommer att bo fler gånger på.
