Pros:

The location right by the lake and in the centre is perfect. A lovely pool set into the hillside, and it was great that we could use the pool at the partner hotel as well. Breakfast on the terrace with a fabulous view

Cons:

It was warm and the air conditioning was noisy, so we had to switch it off to get some sleep.

Tolle Lage, sehr guter Service im Zusammenspiel mit dem Hotel Splendid. Shuttle-Service für das Gepäck. Kurze Wege in die Einkaufsstraße. Direkt am See und entsprechend nahe der Zustieg für die Fähren.
Extra möchte ich mich bei dem Personal an der Rezeption bedanken. Sie waren allesamt unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Sehr viel Verpackungsmüll beim Frühstück, hinzukommt kein frisch geschnittenes Obst, sondern Dosenfrüchte. Dasselbe gilt für Joghurt, auch nicht offen, sondern in Plastikbechern.
Die Brotauswahl war nicht besonders groß.
Die Stühle im Zimmer waren gänzlich unbequem, zum Fernsehen sozusagen ungeeignet.

Pros:

El hotel estaba muy cerca del ferri y teníamos muy buenas vistas desde la habitación. Además el desayuno estaba muy bueno y había muchas opciones.

Cons:

El hotel en general esta muy bien, pero no hay recepción para el check in y check out. Tiene que venir a recogerte una persona en un carrito de golf y subirte al hotel Splendid Palace para que te atiendan en esa recepción. Luego tienen que volver a bajarte. Nosotros queríamos coger un ferri temprano el día que nos íbamos pero dependíamos de que nos recogieran en el carrito para hacer el check out. Por suerte solo tuvimos que esperar 10 minutos a que nos recogiera, pero cuando volvimos había una cola de tres o cuatro familias esperando a que les recogieran en el carrito se golf, por lo que puedes tardar más de media hora en hacer el check out. Para nosotros esto es un fallo muy grande, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 4 estrellas y, por el precio que tiene, esperarías tener recepción.
