Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten uns gut erholen.
Pros:

Das große Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer und Balkon haben uns sehr gut gefallen.
Der Service an der Rezeption war hervorragend.
Selbst die Erläuterungen, dank u.a. an Ronny, mit Fahrpläne zu unseren Ausflugszielen mit dem Bus waren selbstverständlich und klar in deutsch formuliert. DANKE!!!

Cons:

Nicht gefallen haben uns die durchgelegenen Matratzen! Wie rollten in die Mitte und hatten das Gefühl auf dem Lattenrost zu liegen, somit kein so entspannter Schlaf möglich…
Ein bisschen gefehlt hat mir ein Schminkspiegel, Duschbad statt Lotion und eine Tücherbox im Badezimmer.

Peccato per l'accaduto e per la reazione del personale: mi hanno lasciato molto amaro in bocca.

Senza essere stata avvisata da nessuno, ho scoperto a mie spese che la cena terminava alle 20,30.
Ero con due bambini, una di 4 anni, e nessuno mi ha proposto una soluzione alternativa, essendomi presentata al ristorante della struttura proprio alle 20,30.
la clientela prevalente é tedesca, quindi per loro la cena dalle 18 alle 20,30 è assultamente regolare. Peccato che viviamo in Italia e in Italia si ceni alle 20, e se si è in vacanza, magari alle 20,30 non è poi così tardi.....

Pokoje przestronne i czyste. Obsługa hotelu na najwyższym poziomie. Dużo atrakcji zwłaszcza jak się jedziecie z dzieckiem. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i duży wybór. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Parking darmowy na zewnątrz pod drzewami oliwkowymi lub alternatywą parking w garażu za dodatkową opłatą.

Szuper elhelyezkedés, gyönyörű kilátás, kényelmes ágy, tiszta szobák, gyerekeknek sok lehetőség. Finom koktélok, esti programok!

Cons:

Az étteremben a személyzet egy része mogorva,illetve a rengeteg német túrista miatt kissé élvezhetetlen a reggeli és a büfé vacsora. Gyakran az ételek sem túl finomak vacsoránál. Összességében az étkezés egy erős 3as.
