Nice experience,will book again
Pros:

Beautiful rooms,very courteous staff,quick response by housekeeping.Tha staff is very friendly available round the clock.Manoj at the reception desk helped us with vehicle discounts and late check-out as well considering our travel back time.

Not worth the money, opt for better options
Pros:

The pics do not match with the actual rooms. They were not flexible to provide a room for early check with nominal price but were demanding 3k for couple of hours till we got our room.
Complimentary breakfast is not buffet and not flexible in providing additional curry or sambar
The swimming pool is 2x2 water tube
Not worth the money, worst front desk reception

Pros:

The room was really nice (loved the waterfall shower and huge comfy bed), as was the hotel. Had an issue with the fridge not working, this was replaced immediately. Staff were very welcoming, professional and helpful. Food was delicious and there was a wide variety of things to eat and drink. Had a thoroughly enjoyable and restful stay ☺️

Best Hotel in the area to stay and relax. Very nice and courteous staff.Everything was perfect and up to the mark. The service was really good, the staff was friendly and very cooperative.The rooms were really clean. Especially in reception Mr. Manoj very nice person . 😃😃😃😃

Pros:

spacious room (corner room) helpfull staff, (shekar) . Central location you between airport and anjuna beach. Overall it was pleasant stay. You can find all places and things nearby.will be coming back again soon

Amazing boutique stay
Pros:

Recently renovated amazing boutique property. Spotless and clean rooms along with clean bathrooms. Location of the property is amazing on the main road with daily needs shops and restaurants (especially veg) nearby. Staff is courteous.

Cozy nice stay
Pros:

Rooms where clean and staff was polite. Restaurant food was also good. If you are looking for a budget stay this is the right place with amp full resources and everything is easy to get. Overall it was nice.

First time first stay in Goa
Pros:

The room are well equipped and the staff is very polite and respectful. The plunge pool is very beautiful. The hotel location is on the main road next to novotel. We as a couple had a comfortable and a luxurious stay. Enjoyed it!!!!

Pros:

The hotel is nice. The beach is 15 min walk from the hotel. The room had a small window , so it was lacking in light and looked smaller. The room service and reception staff were helpful. The restaurant breakfast was also good ,but a bit expensive if you don't opt for complimentary. The swimming pool is just a small water tank.

This is my 3rd visit at zense(this time with the family though) and again it has been an amazing experience. Mr Manoj and Mr shetty were really helpful. I would highly recommend zense.
Mr Manoj 10/10 . He is your go to person.
The place is neat and service is amazing.

Pros:

Zense Resort is located in a good location in Candolim and you will get good hotels to have your lunch, dinner etc. near by. Also, the beeches are not that far away.

But the hotel rooms are very different from what you see in pics. They were not even 50% of what you see in pics so please select this hotel is you want to save some money on hotel expenses.

They will charge you for dental kits, rooms don't have proper lights, there were few spider webs which they forgot to clean. We stayed for 2 nights.

Overall, it was ok but I won't go to this hotel again.

Visit to Goa - Convenient Stay at Zense
Pros:

Breakfast was great! The choices of food was good. Comfy beds and cooperative staff. The pool was clean. The location is convenient too, it is very close to Candolim beach.
Manager Manoj was very friendly.

Worst, don’t book at all.
Pros:

We booked this hotel by seeing the photos and rating as 4 star hotel which is totally opposite. It’s not even 2 star, pool is for kids and not maintained at all. Lift can hardly accommodate 3 person. Once you book it will be a nightmare to cancel the hotel. Do not book by seeing the good reviews and photos. Not worth it, totally waste of money.

Paratha was tasty but cheaper than others
Pillows and bedsheet was with fungus.
