Wish i would have had time to move hotels. Was so geoas

Very poorly maintained and cleaned. Smelled bad. Bed was very malformed and uncomfortable. The worst bed I have ever slept in and I can sleep any where. Every thing had fingerprints and dirt: walls, windows, gym equipment, elevator doors…nasty

My shower curtain smelled like urine and there was a used washcloth laying on curtain rod.

Cons:

The pullout couch sofa was very dilapidated and had many stains, which were on the bed and frame. The frame on the pullout sofa went through the mattress cushions. There were stains on the king bed. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. Pictures were taken and presented to the staff.

Rooms clean and beds comfortable.TV remote wasn’t working right .

Cons:

Curtains weren’t long enough so light from outside was visible all night. Front desk gal Sunday unpleasant but Sat gal was very pleasant and helpful. Sunday gal appeared if she didn’t want be here. Breakfast was good, but slow to replenish food, no fruit , biscuits and gravy out, tables weren’t cleared/cleaned timely so had to sit in the someone else’s left off syrup, scraps.

Liked the location.

Cons:

We brought up several areas of concerns/heath hazards with the room to the staff. When we expressed this they asked if it was an inconvenience. A nail pertruding from the floor is not just an inconvenience it's a hazard. On top of that the staff got an attitude when expressing the frustration. They tried to move us rooms which would have been a downgrade and did not give a refund for the room. We ended up leaving and driving home. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
