Razoável, hotel com visível necessidade de reformas.

Cons:

Organização, limpeza e cuidado. Quarto com pintura comprometida e pisos cerâmico soltos. A cama não possuía sobre lençol, uma das camas não tinha cobertor, não tinha o cardápio disponível no quarto e o acolchoado visivelmente sujo. Lamentável

O hotel tem ótima localização! Os quartos bem aconchegantes, grandes e o café da manhã é muito gostoso também!

Cons:

Entendo que é política do hotel mas acho injusto a cobrança de um valor normal de adulto para uma criança de 5 anos. Poderia ser meio meio, mas não valor de igual pra igual! E a moça que estava na recepção quando chegamos não é tão simpática 😬 e a cama do quarto que ficamos não estava tão boa também!

Cons:

Atendimento assim que cheguei foi muito ruim. Estava com mais um amigo de trabalho e fomos mal recebidos no hotel. A atendente fez pouco caso em atender. Queria passar o pagamento no crédito sem ao menos perguntar qual forma seria. Assim que voltamos da janta outra atendente junto com a que nos atendeu mal, informou que não seria possível realizar o pagamento da água e suco no pix . Uma atitude lamentável de possíveis profissionais que se sujeitam a tratar o hóspede como nada. A quase 2 anos trabalhando viajando fico nesse hotel assim que vou até Curitiba ou Londrina.

Fica aqui o agradecimento ao gerente que estava a noite e nos atendeu muito bem.

Péssima hospedagem e atendimento

Sempre fiquei nesse hotel mas dessa vez foi horrível, o quarto péssimo, muito barulho da rodovia, chuveiro não esquentava de jeito nenhum, água vazando do box pelo banheiro todo, um caos. Ar condicionado que dizia ser quente nao esquentava além do barulho ensurdecedor, e pra ajudar não desligava mais, levei meia hora pra conseguir desligar. Roupa de cama estava suja. Reclamei com atendente e disse que não podia fazer nada pois é o quarto reservado pelo booking, foi extremamente grosseira comigo.Péssima experiência.

Quarto em reforma
Pros:

Check in demorado, fui disponibilizado um apto com o melhor, quando entrei no quarto, cheiro de tinta, sujo, faltando piso, guarda roupa empoeirado e sem acabamento. Ao de chegar de uma viagem de moto de mais de 10 horas, fiquei 30 minutos esperando e ainda recebo um quarto nestas condições. Pedi para trocar, tive que descer e ainda aguardei uns 10 minutos, até que a gerente determinasse o troca, deixou claro que não gostou.
