The place is freshly painted and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options. They had a really cool pancake maker. Our room was huge with lots of room to spread out. The bathroom was large with great light up mirrors. Our room was modern, clean and relaxing. Even though the building was under renovation it was not loud and the work going on was discreet. It did not hinder our stay in any way. The location is great, it’s on a side street but close to restaurants and shopping. Close enough to get to everything quickly but far enough away to not hear the traffic and have all the lights and busyness.

Cons:

The property is in the renovation phase and our window still had plastic on the outside where they are painting the exterior but we were only there at night so really not a big deal, but off putting at first. The only big downfall was the bed was hard.

Mattress on pull out couch was stained & thin. Very disappointing quality. No sheets or covers provided in the room. Very little toilet paper. No extra towels.
