It was very nice but they should have all this stuff if they consider theirselves a 4 stars

For being a 4 star hotel they are missing a lot of stuff

Best in city hotel in Banos, within walking distance to de la Virgen waterfall and warm water bath.
Pros:

nice breakfast, spacious room, we got a room with direct view to the waterfall - superb room view, 5 stars, good staffs, nice indoor whirlpool, location within walking distance to de la Virgen waterfall and warm water bath.

Cons:

staffs not much speak english since we are from other side of the earth, but thats still okay.
