very nice hotel next to a wonderful waterfall (said to have mysterious healing ability :-))
Pros:

Very nice hotel with a wonderful waterfall next door. Balcony is nice. Reception area is nice too.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better, even if this would increase the room rate. Why only a British flag at the entrance (alongside the Ecuador flag)? Shower room water leaking to exterior.

קיבלנו בהתחלה חדרון פצפון, ממש לא 25 מ״ר כמו שכתוב, אולי 15. וממש לא חדר שמתאים למלון ספא.
לזכותם יאמר שכשביקשנו לעבור- העבירו אותנו לחדר יותר נורמלי.
הספא מאד פשוט ומיושן.

Dobry hotel na krótki pobyt w Banos.
Pros:

Ponieważ w pierwotnie otrzymanym pokoju nie było WiFi zaproponowano nam lepszy pokój. Pokój był wygodny, duzy i z widokiem na wodospad. Śniadania dobre, choc nie powala.

Amazing location, great waterfall view. Great breakfast. Dinners included and very good. Very helpful staff. Good massages but higher than others.
