My wife and I had a very relaxing stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Food was good and the eating area was very organized. The location was good, however, road construction caused some problems.

Pros:

The pool was great for the kids and the breakfast was delicious. Really enjoy the location of the hotel to the trail that goes below Phelps park.

Stay was ok.
Pros:

For the most part our stay was positive. The room was clean however the carpet is showing wear and will need to replaced soon. We were informed that they clean the rooms every third day and not every day which I think is odd. There was also an envelope to tip the cleaning staff which is odd given that our stay was for 3 nights therefore they didn’t clean anything. Asking for a tip for having a clean room at arrival is ridiculous since that is an expectation of staying at a hotel. Also, when we were eating breakfast on Saturday, the TV in the dining room had 3 infomercials playing on loop. Please turn off the TV if that is all that you can provide. The staff were friendly on the little interaction that we had with them. Overall, an adequate accommodation was provided.

Not a good value
Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet. The carpet covering the stairs at the front entrance had a lot of stains and needed a good cleaning or replacing. They also clean rooms only every third day. For the money they charged, I would hope they could clean the rooms a little more frequently. The bed was uncomfortable.

If offered, do not take room 101 due to noise!
Pros:

We were offered room 101 which at first thought it'd be ok. We quickly learned that not to be the case. It is right around the corner from the check in, next to breakfast area, and directly below the 2nd floor hallway! You can hear all the running, jumping, and movement above you. If you get that room you can not go to bed early or sleep in at all. I did advise staff and they said quiet time was 10pm which it was better, but stated in way early the next morning. Mentioned again to staff and the said they were very sorry. They could not really do much. Also, for the price they are asking for a room is way too much! Yes the room was nuce but booked through a 3rd party with some rewards and still paid about $175! Not worth it at all!
