We had such a great stay at The Clement. The staff made us feel welcome from the very beginning, and after two weeks the hotel really started to feel like home. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the food was consistently excellent, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do around Stanford and Palo Alto. It was one of those places that you don’t want to leave.

a bit hard to get used to the "no charge" mode, but it is wonderful.
Everything was beyond our expectations. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they even helped us with valet parking. The room was nice and clean, and the housekeeping lady was very responsive. The food was delicious, the snacks were high quality, and the coffee was amazing.
The only downside is that there are no Asian food options on the menu, and if you stay more than two nights, you will basically run out of new dishes to try.
The service was exceptional! Every need was anticipated and met with courtesy and efficiency. Food was fresh and preparations were lovely. The suites made it easy to feel at home, something very welcome since we had been looking for accommodations while our house was having work done.
The parking facility l, while functional, was rather cramped.
The breakfast was great as was the service. And, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience. Excellent food and not a noisy, bustling restaurant.

Great service, being all inclusive makes a difference
Everything was top of the line here. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We want to give a special shout out to the afternoon and evening staff working on Saturday, June 29, 2025! They went way above and beyond to make our visit a wonderful experience! My granddaughter especially loved having “her own” TV and all of the great food and drink options. We are looking forward to coming back once the rooftop pool renovation is completed!
