a bit hard to get used to the "no charge" mode, but it is wonderful.

Everything was beyond our expectations. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they even helped us with valet parking. The room was nice and clean, and the housekeeping lady was very responsive. The food was delicious, the snacks were high quality, and the coffee was amazing.

The service was exceptional! Every need was anticipated and met with courtesy and efficiency. Food was fresh and preparations were lovely. The suites made it easy to feel at home, something very welcome since we had been looking for accommodations while our house was having work done.

The breakfast was great as was the service. And, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience. Excellent food and not a noisy, bustling restaurant.

Great service, being all inclusive makes a difference

Everything was top of the line here. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We want to give a special shout out to the afternoon and evening staff working on Saturday, June 29, 2025! They went way above and beyond to make our visit a wonderful experience! My granddaughter especially loved having “her own” TV and all of the great food and drink options. We are looking forward to coming back once the rooftop pool renovation is completed!

Fantastic service

Excellent hotel with all-inclusive amenities which were first class. With the menu choices for both breakfast, lunch and dinner and the availability to pick out a snack with an open kitchen model any time of the day, it was well appointed, the rooms were large and roomy, and the bathroom TV was definitely an upscale touch. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the patio and living room area were a nice option to relax at the end of the day.

This is the finest hotel in Palo Alto. The rooms are beautiful and very large with amazing contemporary bathrooms that are also very spacious. We stayed 10 days and it felt like home in a high end condo with great room service. The pillows are amazing and the staff are fantastic. This is a very special incredibly well run and new hotel like no other.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel!! This was our first visit (as several friends had told us we need to stay here) and boy, were they right!!!!
Staff is superb..knowledgable.. and friendly...
rooms were large and spacious for us to work from, and the "food perk" made for a wonderful end to each day we stayed here. We will be back often!

What a nice delux stay. Nice calm vibe. Great staff. Suite is at high standard, Toto etc. All inclusive concept very nice especially with the kids. High quality food prepared fresh - drinks at very good level e.g. on of the reds marquis murrieta reserve. I had my own stash of top wines I could bring without charge. Pool was under renovation - however we could use the pool at hotel next door. The kids really liked the pool, however it could also use a renovation. We also used the fitness room next door, newly renovated with many options. Only thing was a bit of waiting time on the food, but it was worth it.

My husband was an outpatient at Stanford med center and spent his days in the room, unfortunately pool construction was very loud and made daytime resting impossible. I was able to take advantage of nearby shopping to enjoy my day.
