Good value mini resort on the fringes of Tam Coc
Pros:

Cute mid-range resort with comfy and spacious cabins close to the rice paddies. Very decently, the owners recruit and train neurodivergent youths for roles in the hospitality sector.

Maybe the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life so far!!! BEAUTIFUL location! Beautiful view from the room, private balcony, gorgeous bamboo interior, free bikes, and free breakfast!!! For breakfast every day I got coffee, a banh mi sandwich made to order, and fruit. Biked with my friends around the area and to Ninh Binh proper (~30/45 min to the city area with all the shops and Trang an). The area is a bit more remote but that’s what we loved about it. Also it’s just a little quick 5 minute bike ride from a famous park with multiple caves and boat tours! Everyone was so nice at this hotel and we felt super taken care of. Also got to feed some ducks at the farm across the way. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!!! Great experience and great value!

Pros:

The accommodation was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well organized, which made our stay really enjoyable. One of the best parts was that we had bicycles available, and we spent the whole day riding around and exploring the area. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun stay

La décoration des bungalows

Le petit dejeuner avait un bon choix

Cons:

Le choix très restreint de la carte pour diner et des boissons (aucun jus juste du coca et de l'eau le soir du 31.12, aucun cocktails)

Le prix exorbitant pour nettoyer son linge (4dollars le kg) et le délai de plus de 24h

Le bruit des motos du personnel des 7h qui se gare (notre bungalow etait pres de l entree reception) ou du jardinier a 7h15 le 01.01 qui tape sur le gazon pour l'applatir...

Heerlijk rustig resort midden in de natuur
Pros:

Ongelofelijk leuke locatie, midden in de natuur. Onze kamer was erg ruim en lag heerlijk rustig. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en denkt graag met je mee én maakt graag een gezellig praatje. Het is ook mogelijk een taxi te boeken naar Hanoi, dus uitstekende service! Ook het ontbijt is prima en erg uitgebreid. We zouden iedereen dit resort aanraden!

Cons:

De kamer en badkamer was niet overal even schoon, maar wat ons betreft een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Heerlijk rustig en natuurlijk omgeven verblijf
Pros:

Het zat op een super goede locatie. Je kon de drukte opzoeken, maar zat zelf op een heel rustig gedeelte. In 7 minuten stapte je de Grab uit in het centrum.
Het personeel was ook super vriendelijk en je kon je vrij bewegen door de mooie tuin.

Cons:

We vonden de receptie niet echt goed bereikbaar in de tijd dat wij er verbleven. ‘s Morgens vonden we niemand, en ook de nieuwe mensen die aankwamen konden volgens mij pas ‘s middags iemand aanspreken. En toen wij moesten uitchecken hadden we mazzel dat er een personeelslid liep die een Engels sprekend personeelslid kon bellen. Je kan je sleutel gewoon bij de receptie leggen, dat was geen probleem geweest, maar we wilden nog 2 biertjes afrekenen. Maar al met al een momentopname. Ze stonden in principe altijd voor je klaar.

Bien, pero en absoluto es un resort.
Pros:

El lugar es espectacular, muy muy bonito a nivel paisaje y naturaleza, aunque está bastante retirado de Tam Coc, pero un grab cuesta aproximadamente 2€ y puedes coger bici gratuita del alojamiento el tiempo que quieras.
El día del checkout nos ofrecieron la habitación hasta las 9:30 de la noche de manera gratuita, lo que nos vino muy bien para dejar las maletas todo el día y volver a ducharnos antes de partir a nuestro próximo destino.
Nos hicieron la colada y la verdad que la ropa quedó muy limpia.
El personal es súper amable, muy muy recomendable en este sentido.

Cons:

Venden un resort y honestamente pienso que nada que ver. Los bungalows no están mal pero están abiertos, toda la construcción está mal rematada y puede entrar cualquier cosa por ahí. Al baño se accede desde la habitación pero es una especie de construcción aparte y además está completamente abierta por el techo al exterior, si quieres una experiencia de naturaleza 100% muy bien, pero si quieres una experiencia de resort, para mí no lo fue. Es cierto que las camas tienen dosel con mosquitera, aún así no estaba tranquila 100% porque ya digo que la habitación queda abierta a cualquier animal que quiera entrar.
Por otro lado, el desayuno es bastante bastante malo, lo que tampoco me encaja con un resort.

Era lindo el entorno, y la pileta!

Cons:

No andaba bien el aire, el desayuno que empezaba 7am eran 7.10 y aun lo estaban armando y nos teniamos que ir 7.30.
Aun asi, no comimos nada al final por que era comida vieja y habia lo que creemos que era caca de rata en las mesas.
La cama tenia pelos de otra persona.

Hotel con mucho potencial, descuidado
Pros:

La ubicación es preciosa, en medio de la montaña a 5 minutos en coche del centro de Tam Coc. Encargado en recepción muy amable y serviciales.

Cons:

Limpieza, encontramos objetos en la habitación del anterior huésped. Falta de higiene a diario. Material oxidado en la ducha. Comida no muy presentable.

A peaceful getaway with mother nature
Pros:

The surroundings are beautiful ! The view from the pool and even from the room terrace is stunning. It is calm and away from the noise of Tam Coc City hustle (they are right next to the Bich Dong Pagoda). Best way to go around is to rent a motorcycle, but they also lend bikes for free. The staff is super friendly, kind and helpful, and so is their dog. The hotel manager helped me buy special batteries for my analogue camera that i couldn’t find by myself in Ninh Binh town. That was super nice of him !

Cons:

Since it’s a little bit remote, everything is more expensive there, from the food/beverages/motorcylce rental to… the laundry. It is 4$/kg ! We didn’t ask the price beforehand and we ended up paying around 16 dollars for our laundry, because apparently they do it by hand. Also, if you choose a room that is not a bungalow, you can hear your neighbors very clearly. There are also bugs, but this is normal since it’s in the middle of nature, so be prepared for mosquito bites and some pleasant encounters with cockroaches.
