Clean and I’ll be back again
As I entered the hotel I felt good till I got to the reception desk and met Mahmoud.
He started politely and then shifted and made me regret booking at this hotel. I thought about the possibility of cancelling the booking but that was not possible. The reason I booked the hotel was because I was coming from a long trip and I was exhausted to relax there, but sadly Mahmoud ruined my mood and the whole idea of staying at the hotel.
I am very disappointed and sad… to the extent that the same night I had an accident, I don’t think I will be going to the same hotel anytime soon.
In the morning while checking out two ladies very nice and it was a smooth check out.
Very friendly staff impeccably clean and comfortable and nicely decorated rooms. Breakfast could be improved a little, variety is lacking a bit but all the rest is perfect.
Awful hotel not clean and elevator don't work
I recommend this property
Walked into my room to see a pipe had burst, and water was everywhere. Had I come a few minutes later, all my belongings would have been ruined.
Hotel did not offer any thing for this inconvenience, but sent a man to fix the pipe.
Reception had zero knowledge about how to handle check-in, put the phone down on me and refused to write me an email confirming the rules for check-in and documents required. I was also refused a manager call back
Good value and in the area of the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

Everything was amazing, just the shower was not good. It was either too hot or too cold. Not sure if it was only our room but definitely something to check, room 1107

Amazing 4 nights stay at this wonderful hotel. It's clean and close to the metro (5-10 mins walk) to get around Dubai. Service was excellent as my flight arrived at 5am and concierge have found a room for me to do early check in (with a fee). Nice restaurant/bar for dinner, drinks and shisha. Gym and pool were excellent and staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive, in particular Raj who helped and ensured my stay in both the hotel and sightseeing in Dubai worthwhile before flying back to the UK.
ThI best thing about the hotel is the amazing staff. The service from all employees was first class. The only problem I had was some of the taxis that the hotel arranged tried to overcharge me. The driver back to the airport drove 38Km when it only 18Km.
