Неплохое местоположение — не в самом центре, но до центра можно легко добраться. Хозяева одобрили ранний заезд, за что спасибо, так как мы приехали значительно раньше запланированного времени.

Bonito apartamento en planta sótano. El jardin precioso. Cómodo y limpio. Las limpiadoras superamables nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes de la hora. La ubicación es buena. Cerca del centro. La xalefaccion funcionaba muy bien.

La ubicación muy buena. Las señoras de la limpieza muy amables, nos permitieron dejar las maletas mientras acababan de limpiar. El apartamento del sótano tenía alguna humedad, pero en general estaba decentemente limpio. El agua caliente de un baño no funcionaba. Las camas comodas y limpias. George nos soluciono rápidamente un problema con la entrada. La calefacción funciona muy bien.

Excellent location—close to the city centre and just a 5-minute walk from Opalchenska metro station, which offers a direct connection to the airport.
The flat is lovely, well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and there's a small communal garden that we really enjoyed.

The apartment is spacious and vary comfortable. It was equipped with the required necessities. I would say the location is little away from the main attractions but the we used the metro which was only a 5 min walk. Only the downside was the bathroom which has the entrance from the one of the bedrooms and the sitting room. We found the shower in the middle was a very hazards.Once wet it was very slippery ( the floor was made of materiel that looks like laminate flooring but not tiles) Hopefully that can be rectified in future. Apart from that I would recommend the place highly while you enjoy the beautiful city of Sofia!

A compact, centrally located, clean apartment with most facilities. The staff were helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay in Sofia.

Neat ,tidy and clean

Everything! It is the perfect location. In my case, solo traveler for business. The personal was very kind to allow me check in earlier in order to attend my first meeting in time. I had a chestnut tree in front of my widow and I absolutely love it. Very quiet location too.

The apartment wasn't far to walk into the centre. Good location for metro

The apartment was very spacious and clean, and well equipped. There's a no shoes policy in the apartment, but they provided slippers to walk around in. The shared garden was an added bonus. Communication was very efficient, and when I had a small issue with operating the heating, it was solved for me in no time at all.
