The Staff were very accommodating and extremely hospitable.

Overall the hotel was ok. However, the janitor does not clean well. They can improve on cleaning the bathrooms well and general maintenance of the property.

Boken room and staff reception rude and unpleasant.

My booking mentions that breakfast is included but on site,I'm being told by front desk that it has to be paid for. Im pregnant and had to go checkout without breakfast.There were cheqper options and I went for this because it said breakfast was included.

I loved my stay friendly staff and good food plus a great environment

There was not much to like. The room was clean yes, the shower didn't work. The toilet didn't flush, someone had to plunge it. The shower water wouldn't go down. Breaksfast was only served 1 day, bread and egg only. No internet for 3 days, my husband had to buy date and Hotspot me.

The experience was so bad, I implore you to not go and stay there.unless you like drama and problems.

2. The bathroom had a smell
3. The floor mat looked like rag
4. Only one good pillow was on the bed
5. The sit-in chair in the room looked like something just brought out of a store
6. Their tv only had 2 stations and were not even clear
7. Their kitchen didn’t offer us breakfast which was supposed to be complimentary

✅✅✅✅Good location very conveniently situated close to elegushi beach & Food spots, Nice and quiet area. 24hrs Two step security gates before you reach the hotel coming off admiralty way so good security overall. Reception & staff was very helpful serving breakfast every morning without fail. Room service & house keeping was great. I upgraded from a standard room to a Executive room it was nice and spacious quite large, I liked the room, AC was great cool and breezy i felt like i was in London.... 😎🚫 Cons: Quite a few power cuts throughout the day so i had to keep on restarting the AC. 🚫 The toilets was clean however quite alot of Ants/insects inside of the toilet sink i dont know where they were coming from so i had to keep on clearing them because they were building up heavily.. But im sure you guys will take care of that issue no wahala. 🚫i lost my Room card Key so i had to pay 5k nice surprise 🚫 Food was a little bit on the expensive side. ✅ Overall i enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Quiet environment

One word thrash. I made the reservations and paid through hotels.com. On getting to the hotel, the receptionist told me my booking wasn't sent to them and that as a matter of fact all the rooms were fully booked. I was left stranded for more than 2 hours before making reservations somewhere else. Horrible Horrible Horrible!. Straight up thrash.

The hotel staff did not do a good job cleaning the rooms. Floors were dirty and the bathroom had a leaking problem. Kitchen was filthy. Walls needed wiping down. Would not stay at this hotel again but the location is nice.
