From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel genuinely welcome. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, it truly felt like they cared about every guest personally.
The check-in process was quick and effortless, and the receptionists were always smiling and ready with great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Their warmth and professionalism set the tone for our entire stay.
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, clearly well looked after. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered plenty of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Everything was presented beautifully and kept well-stocked.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommended!

We came in on a late flight from Cappadochia and the staff were just amazing - helped us book our transfer from the airport last minute and more than accommodated our late check-in. The bed and linens were super comfy and just what we needed to get some rest after a late check-in! We would have liked to stay longer but the hotel was sold out. Really nice rooftop restaurant and view of the city as well. Salim, one of the front office staff was amazing helping us book our dinner cruise on the Bosphorous and providing us some great tips on things to do and see in the city!

all the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good english. The rooftop bar/restaurant is good and the views are amazing. But the facilities in the room were not up to standard. The TV never worked and the showerhead didn't work. The hotel is in a funny area. The immediate streets around it are very dark and there can be a lot of garbage, but two streets up the hill is a street full of cafes and restaurants and Galata tower. All in all - you almost get what you pay for. My advice is go have dinner or drinks at the bar, and stay somewhere else.

Great location for our visit, within easy walking distance to several sights and plenty of places to eat and shop.

Tam bir rezalet. Şehir dışından gecenin bir vakti yorgun bir şekilde otele geldik. Özellikle balkonlu superior oda seçmiştik. Aşağıda bize hiçbir bilgi verilmeden odaya çıktık fakat seçtiğimiz oda değildi. Rezervasyon yaptırdığımız oda başka birine verilmiş. Daha geniş bir odaya sizi aldık diyerek balkonsuz, kötü kokan, daha dar bir oda verdiler bize. Biz bu duruma itiraz ettiğimizde ise sizin odanız dolmuş, daha geniş bir odaya alalım diyip başka odaya alındık, resepsiyondaki kişiye nasıl böyle bir şey olabiliyor bir hafta önceden yer ayırtıyoruz nasıl doluyor bizim odamız dediğimde size daha pahalı ve büyüğünü verdik gibi saçma bir şekilde dönüş aldık. Balkonlu odası boş olduğu için bu oteli seçmiştik fakat tam bir hayal kırıklığı.

Muito bom o hotel, otima localizacao quartos confortaveis,otimo cafe da manha , atendimento cordial e prestativo.
Fizeram a gentileza de emprestar o istambul card ...facilitando muito para usar os meios de transporte.

Great location. Was a bit hard to find at first but once we did find it and got accustomed to the area found it to be a perfect central location!

Excellente adresse pour un hôtel en pleine ville d’Istanbul. Accueil très agréable et très disponible. Les chambres sont parfaites. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner apprécié.

Great location close to Galata Tower. Bed linen was too short, only one of us was covered. Hotel reception very noisy. They told us that we were upgraded but we ended with the same room we booked but with a view on the dark courtyard. Heat pump very noisy. Moisture in the shower and very poor flow.

Nette Unterkunft in der unmittelbaren Umgebung vom Galata Turm.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage am Galata Turm. Sehr freundliches und herzliches Personal, schön eingerichtetes und sauberes Zimmer, leckeres türkisches Frühstück und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Galata Turm. Sehr empfehlenswert!

1 Minute vom Galata Turm entfernt. Sehr sehr schönes sauberes Hotel. Personal äußerst freundlich und sehr nett. Denke wir werden auch bei unserem nächsten Istanbul Besuch dort ein Zimmer buchen.
