Le style de l’hôtel est magnifique. Le personnel très agréable et serviable. Une belle vue sur la ville, chambre calme et spacieuse. Nous avons passé un excellent moment.

Je tiens à vous faire part de ce j’ai aimé concernant mon récent séjour dans votre établissement. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement et, malgré son ancienneté, il est remarquablement bien entretenu sauf l’entrée de l’hôtel et la route

Ma chambre était très confortable, et j'ai particulièrement apprécié l'attention du personnel. Je tiens à saluer tout spécialement le professionnalisme de Monsieur Hamid et Monsieur Hichem à la réception, qui ont été aux petits soins.

Cons:

Pour faire part de mon expérience suite à mon séjour dans votre établissement, notamment en chambre 306. Étant moi-même professionnel du métier , je souhaitais partager ces observations dans l'espoir d'aider à améliorer votre service.

Bien que la chambre soit très confortable et l'emplacement de l'hôtel idéal, j'ai constaté un manque d'organisation important de la part de la direction. Ce dysfonctionnement est particulièrement marqué au moment du petit-déjeuner, dont la prestation est très insuffisante. C'est pour cette raison précise que j'ai choisi de ne pas prolonger mon séjour et de rejoindre un autre établissement pour les autres jours qui me reste

Je tiens toutefois à souligner le dévouement du personnel, notamment des serveurs, qui font leur maximum avec les moyens dont ils disposent. Il est regrettable de constater un tel gâchis de potentiel dû à une gestion défaillante et un manque de formation

En résumé, si votre établissement reste une excellente option pour l'hébergement seul, l'offre de restauration nécessite une restructuration profonde.

Dans l'attente que ces remarques soient prises en considération.
