Sehr schmutzige Gegend. Unsichere Atmosphäre. Im Hotel ist alles dreckig und unaufgeräumt. Ausstattung sehr schadhaft. Badezimmer Gang nicht zumutbar. Toiletten schmutzig. Duschkopf defekt und vieles mehr.

Scammers!!! In short, a filthy hotel! People, keep your distance from here!!! They gave my room to someone else and I got another one in return. I've never seen such a filthy hotel in my life. Hygiene is 0/10!!!

Sabaha kadar nedeni belli olmayan bir ses,giren çıkan belki değil, Aile olarak memnun kalmadık, Üstelik odalarda hiç temiz değil..

Otel kentin eski Otogar bölgesinde. Havaalanından gece tarifesindeyim otele 150 lira taxi parası tuttu. Tek gece konakladım ve geç saatte giriş yaptım. Giriş işlemi kısa ve pratikti.Oda temiz görünüyordu. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Kısa süreli konaklama için Fiyatına göre iş gören bir otel.

It is really close to the bus station. Really kind staff. We changed the dates, arriving one day before that we have booked and they changed that inmediately without any problem, just when we arrived.

Everything was fine, we booked the room and after 10 minutes cheched in. The personal was friendly, open and helpful.

For someone who is in Trabzon for business, it is one of the best choices. Breakfast just needs a little enrichment!

The hotel is near by Trabzon bus terminal and it was very easy to get there

Das Hotel befindet sich im Industriegebiet. Die Bilder von zimmern haben nichts mit dem zu tun, was man in der Realität findet. Wir wirden zu erst in ein drei Bettzimmer auf der ersten Etage untergebracht. Was muffig und dunkel war. Ich habe dagegen protestiert und danach bekamen wir ein Zimmer auf der fünften Etage. Es war nicht viel hübscher, aber zumindest war es heller. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der Service klappte nicht immer. Man musste immer zwei mal nachfragen. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, erst beim zweiten Anruf kam endlich einer hoch. Am zweiten Tag gab es kein zweites Paar Duschtücher, erst als ich selbst runter ging hat man mir was gegeben und es gar nicht hochgebracht. Dafür war das Hotel günstig. Aber ehrlich gesagt fand ich 64€ für zwei Nächte für dieses Hotel immer noch zu viel.

It’s bad place with poor stuff. Air conditioner isn’t working and it’s hot all the time. Front desk aren’t helpful and taffy people. My advise don’t use this hotel.

There was black mold all over the ceiling and in the shower; the sheets didn't look very clean; overall everything was pretty dingy and old

the hotel in general was good , management are nice , but internet was very bad and I had to use my phone data all the time, room temperature was between 24 and 25 regadless how low I put the temperature, the room doesnt have kettle but I could go down to kitchen to get hot water anytime , not very convenient

It stinks smoke in the hotel everywhere. It is close to the bus terminal but the neighborhood is not so good. The hotel staff were friendly,though.

Very nice hotel and very good breakfast and clean hotel

the window has a gap where the cold wind coming in, the bathroom is not clean, and I can see other guest shampoos used, it is in an industrial area, and a lot of noise.
