Pros:

posizione ottima, quartiere elegante, appartamento spazioso, servizi vicini. molto contento. fantastico il giardinetto con canale dall'altra parte della strada (con i tulipani fioriti!)

Cons:

pulizia migliorabile. manca un po' di attrezzatura per la cucina, tipo: un'insalatiera, una pentola più grande, un coltello che tagli. e una scopa (c'è una piccola spazzola, ma non basta)

Pros:

Gute Lage im „Internationalen Viertel“.
Sauber, ordentlich, ok .
Parksituation besser als erwartet, evtl. auch wegen Ostertage…
Parkgebühr muss nur bezahlt werden- MO-FR von 9-17 Uhr für öffentliches Parken am Hotel bzw. in der Nähe. Dafür dann aber teuer mit 2,75 € pro Stunde.
Am Wochenende oder halt von 17 Uhr bis morgens um 9 Uhr dann aber kostenlos.
Das Hotel bietet aber noch eigene Tarife für Parken auf dem Hof. ( ca 24 Euro pro Tag/ aber nicht selbst ausprobiert/ einfach vor Ort erfragen…)
