L’extérieur magnifique
Déçu par la chambre, poussière sur les meubles et moquette délavé, de plus une décoration ou rien ne s’accorde, le domaine est bien mais la chambre n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles et du prix qui vient avec .
L’emplacement
La piscine aussi trouble que le Tarn et bruyante .
Le petit déjeuner à 25 euros ou l on nous propose des yaourts périmés 🤬 Pour un établissement 5 * il n y a pas de machine à café digne de ce nom dans la chambre juste une bouilloure . Pour Le buffet de petit déjeuner on a l habitude de mieux dans les 5 *
Un magnifique parc avec vue sur le Tarn, au calme. On peut se promener tranquillement ou profiter de la piscine. L'emplacement est unique. On a très bien mangé le soir et au petit-déjeuner. Le personnel est souriant et aimable, merci à Gauthier et à notre serveuse mexicaine. Ils sont dog-friendly c'est super.
L'hôtel semble un peu vieillissant: l'air conditionné faisait du bruit la nuit, même au minimum, les matelas n'étaient pas fermes, les portes coulissantes avaient du mal à se fermer, les dalles de la piscine bougent, ils n'avaient plus de serviettes de piscine disponibles (en plein mois d'août)...dommage car le cadre est exceptionnel, mais cela ne fait pas tout. Un peu d'investissement et ce serait un diamant...
La beauté de l’endroit, tant par sa localisation au bord du Tarn qu’à sa décoration faite avec goût.
Le personnel très serviable et accueillant, ça fait 2 fois que j’y viens et je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Absolutely exceptional hotel. Pure quality with proper old fashioned professional service. The location was simply magnificent and the room top class, clean, had all amenities, well decorated and very comfortable bed.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. An absolute gem and we will be returning. Fantastic stay.
