Hassle-free and comfortable!
Pros:

Great location and very friendly staff! Lance, Claudia, and, I apologize that I forgot their name, a red-haired, tall woman that checked me in—all were very pleasant and attentive.

Cons:

In my case, I booked and paid for a King Studio Suite with Kitchen and Sofa Bed, which should have 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. However, when I checked in, I was given a King Room with only 1 king bed. For a family with two small children, this was not suitable and caused a lot of inconvenience.

At check-in, after payment, the front desk did not tell me there was any room change. I only noticed the problem after I entered the room and checked my booking again. After that, I had to go back to the front desk and discuss the issue several times before I got a more reasonable solution.

First, the hotel said I could get a full refund. But it was already around 6 PM, we had two small children with us, and I had work the next day, so finding another hotel was not realistic.

Second, after I said this was not acceptable, the hotel offered 5,000 Hyatt points. I was also told that if I had not been a Hyatt member, this option would not have been available.

Third, I explained again that the room was not suitable for four people, and I suggested changing rooms the next day. The hotel agreed.

Fourth, I also said that I should not pay the King Studio Suite rate while staying in a King Room. The final offer was a $10 discount per day.

In the end, I do not think I received fair compensation for the inconvenience and the room mismatch.

Most of the staff were polite and kind, but I was disappointed with the management and the way this situation was handled. Before staying at this hotel, I strongly suggest checking that the actual room type, bed setup, and number of guests match your booking, especially before you finish check-in and payment.

Pros:

The breakfast was really good. Breakfast are was very clean

Cons:

The super thin covers in the room. The pillows were way to soft. Not firm at all. The pool smelled! We smelled after we got out of it.

Good stay at the Hyatt
Pros:

The location was great with lots of shops and restaurants close by.
Good room amenities.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay but some more non-pork meat options would be appreciated like turkey or chicken sausage.
The lightening in the room had awkward controls.

Perfect place for a fun overnight with family.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. We also used the pool which was very well maintained. Security at the hotel is also very seriously taken. Parking was also easy and plentiful.

Don't stay here!! They charge fees for no reason!
Pros:

They actually had decent food today

Cons:

There was no towels in the swim area. they charged me a 200 fee for no reason. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. There was no ice tray to get ice the room had stains on the floor. The hotel staff is absolutely awful. There was four kids that belonged to a staff member in the pool area alone running around splashing and jumping in all 4 at the same time. The room says 516 square ft the room was maybe 300 no way it was that big so they are scamming people on the room size!!
