Très mauvais rapport qualité prix
Pros:

La région est magnifique, l'établissement est bien situé, les paysages sont splendides.

Cons:

Quand nous sommes arrivés, la personne à l'accueil nous a bien accueillis, nous a amenés dans un appartement.
Puis une demi-heure plus tard, est revenue nous chercher car elle s'était trompée !
Nous avons pris possession d'un autre appartement, certes conforme à ce que nous avions réservé. Mais très poussiéreux partout, moutons sous les lits, vaisselle sale et poussièreuse dans les placards. Nous avons dû laver la vaisselle avant de cuisiner.
Il y avait le minimum vital pour cuisiner, une moyenne casserole (appartement pour 6!), un seul saladier...
La douche était bouchée et les joints étaient sales.
Nous avons eu 4 longues coupures d'eau et d'électricité de plusieurs heures durant le séjour.
Il y avait une souris sous l'évier.
L'évier tombait, la personne chargée de la maintenance est venue réparer.
La plupart des équipements inscrits dans la fiche descriptive étaient absents: pas de micro ondes, pas de lave vaisselle. La machine à laver le linge est commune à tous mais gratuite.
Certains équipements devaient être demandés à l'accueil en cas de besoin: sèche cheveux, fer à repasser...
Cela n'a pas gâché nos vacances mais au vu du prix excessif payé, le rapport est très mauvais.

Lovely stay, room for improvements
Pros:

Pool great. Dinner great. Good location for nearby leisure and daytrips further. Saw ongoing improvements to conditions such as AC and wifi routers in apartments. Owners nice people.

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work for 8/9 nights, although advertised as available and operational when I made the bookings 6 months ago, did not work. Electricians and AC techs were onsite resolving issues daily. When other issues were resolved, it flooded the room due to missing condensation pipes.

There's a cleanliness problem. In addition to basic dust everywhere hinting at a simple job left undone, there was also construction debris from the AC install upon checking in. It feels like this is an easily resolvable issue, but was left for us to clean. Generally a worn out aesthetic (no, I'm not confusing it with a agriturismo look&feel). I had to go and purchase a new showerhead and replace it myself since the old one sprayed in only the wrong directions. Electrical sockets not working. However, note there are major differences between rooms in this aspect. Some actually have kitchen hood and bathroom exhaust air extracted outside.

Kitchen is lacking basic utilities which should be present given the on-site restaurant working 3 days and no lunch offerings.

Price & value offering is not there yet. When booking early, there are other establishments offering professional management, working amenities, open onsite restaurants, soap&shampoo :), towel replacements etc at approx €200/night.

All issues mentioned above are rather minor and hopefully the great owners can resolve these. For now, don't go in expecting hotel quality and you will have a very enjoyable vacation.

Skøn plet oppe i bjergene.
Dejlig og venlig ejer.

Cons:

Lejligheden var meget slidt, men der var masser af plads til hele familie. Rengøring var ok, men ikke i top. Skøn med tagterrasse , dog lidt besværligt at komme derop.

Mind-Blowing Original Italian Place With Superb Swimming Pool
Pros:

First time in my life I am confused with review. giving 8/10 but thinking that this should be 10/10.
It is AMAZING place Beautiful place hidden in the fields. Absolutely amazing buildings with Real Italian character from different centuries. This is a complex of a few houses/apartments every one with its own private entry, "mini garden" for outdoor relaxation. Style and design is just mind-blowing. Surrounded by a massive beautiful garden. In the heart of this garden, you will find the swimming pool. Super clean swimming pool, more sunbeds than needed. Our kids and us love it. We were sorry we stayed here only for 2 days. We didn't want to leave. Evening after sunset place was getting great magical charm with all the lights around. 2 min down the road local Italian restaurant with great food and atmosphere. This place is just amazing. House offered 3 unique bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large beds but mattress not the best but ok. The kitchen fully equipped :) Supermarket 5 min by the car. You will not find as Original place as Italian as this. Amazing Experience.

Cons:

Now will explain why 8/10 not 10/10. Big problem in the all bedrooms SOCKETS not working or damaged! As much as I can understand that there was no airconditioning BUT I can't understand WHY during the time when outside was 45 degrees of heat NON of the 3 fans was working!!! Maybe good they were not working because we could not charge our phones if only one working socket in every room was used for a FAN. PLEASE FIX THE SOCKETS and PROVIDE WORKING FANS and we will be back next year. :)

Wonderful place, and very nice staff
Pros:

Wonderful and serviceminded staff, who did everything they could for us :)
Very nice and autentic italian place,
The apartment is spacious and has a cozy and well-equipped kitchen.

Cons:

We would have liked the restaurant and bar to be open a little more often.
the stairs up to the terrace were VERY small and narrow.
Would have been nice to have a fan in the bedrooms

Amazing location with an urban feeling, stunning swimming pool.
Pros:

The location is amazing. Quiet rural spot, above average swimming pool, within 30 min of the beach and close to sites like Florence and Pisa. Also amusement park Cavallino Mato is within an hour of driving.

Cons:

Air conditioning would be nice. But the building is built so it's not too hot. The balcony was amazing, great views and cool breeze for breakfast and for enjoying a bottle of wine in the evening.
