Mal cuidado
Cons:

No estaba muy limpio, instalaciones mal cuidadas. Les pedí un coche para recogernos en el aeropuerto para 6 personas y nos envió uno para tres. El desayuno es prácticamente local. El personal es muy lento.

Nice hotel friendly staff
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful ordering grab immediately .room clean and quiet comfortable bed.nice bathroom.

Cons:

Room is supposed to have minibar but didn’t and the wifi is really just about nonexistent

I enjoyed my stay at Khas Hotel and would book there again when in Makassar
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel has a good atmosphere and is very central, near restaurants and CentrePoint, as well as Losari Beach. Great breakfast too.

Cons:

The single beds were too small (narrow)

Pros:

breakfast was very varied & had lots of choices, staff were very helpfull & friendly, room was pleasant with a great view of the city, & pool would have been nice if it had been cleaner & covered.

Cons:

the bathroom has a little mold, stagnant water, hair everywhere, no towels for face, the sheets, pillowcases and bed covers have lots of stains, everything needs repair

Room was not ready, no toilet paper, towels provided looks dirty some of the bed sheet already torn out.
Toilet spray was broken they came 2 times but still not fixed.

Disappointing
Pros:

Clean, spacious rooms, good location

Cons:

After 2 months on the road I booked this place because it has a pool, it wasn’t mentioned on booking that it was closed due to maintenance
The staff didn’t bother telling me in check in either, the staff could also do with more training for sure.
Overall I was very disappointed with this situation
