No easy access from the main highway ( carretera ) or to go to the little town you have to get out of the premises and drive around the very heavy highway to go there,,even when there's only one wall dividing the property, the room smells like a rotten egg,we asked to be moved to a different room..

Me volveré fan de La Caldera
Pros:

El lugar es muy limpio y cómodo. Las camas un poco duras para mi gusto. Las instalaciones son geniales. El personal es muy amabla, atento y servicial. El restaurante es bueno. Me ayudaron a resolver un problema de conexión para poder trabajar.
Solo dejo 3 sugerencias; camas más cómodas. Servicio de café en cuartos o zona pública pero desde tempano porque el restaurante abre tarde 8.30. Aluna zona de lobby bar que abarque de 7pm a 10 u 11 porque sería agradable poder estar en alguna parte platicando y oyendo buena música antes de dormir

En la habitación, las camas están muy altas, para personas de la tarecera edad o con alguna discapacidad es un reto subir a las camas.

Un lugar histórico y que invita a recordar y a la vez abstraerse de la realidad y dejar volar la imaginación hacia otros tiempos, sin embargo no se limita a recordar sino a disfrutar las instalaciones y las enormes palmeras con sus pájaros carpintero es simplemente bellísimo.

No tan bueno para el precio.
Pros:

Al llegar nos querían cobrar nuevamente a pesar de haber pagado online.
No tenían amenidades suficientes para el número personas reservadas.
El baño no tienen tapete para ducha.
No hay suficiente sillas para sentar a las personas dos sillas en una reserva de tres. Tampoco tres vasos para beber agua, solamente 2.
