Pros:

It was very clean, secured and a quiet place.

Cons:

There were no fans or AC outlets in the bedrooms. Needs at least fans for air circulation.

Die Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und damit auch zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war in Punkto Sauberkeit eine Zumutung:
-Verschmutzter Backofen mit Speckresten auf dem Rost
- Künstlicher Fingernagel im Schlafzimmerregal über dem Bett
- Staubschicht im Schrank
- dicke Schmierschicht auf Griffen im Bad
- Cremetuben unterm Bett
- hinter den Verdunklungsrollos Spinnenweben.
...

Die Rezeption hatte schon früh zu, so war eine Reklamation nicht möglich. Die Beanstandung wurde tagesdrauf entgegengenommen, mit der Bitte ein schriftliche Darstellung zu formulieren. Daraufhin kam das Übliche: Entschuldigung, wäre nicht üblich, blablabla....Davon gehe ich ja nun auch mal aus.
Eine finanzielle Entschädigung kam natürlich nicht, wobei der Preis letztlich unverschämt hoch war. (Wir hatten vorab vergleichbare Unterkünfte)

Pros:

We were looking for a long stay near USYD (with washing machine and 2BR) so this was a good choice. The apartment had everything we needed and busses to CBD and Central Train station are within a block.

Cons:

The AC output was in the living room so bedrooms became very stuffy with doors closed. The bathroom sink was tiny. The apartment is not “cleaned” during the stay but they say they will swap towels and empty trash every other day. The bed sheets were not soft.

Cons:

That one of the entry keys needed to be left in for lights to be used. There was 3 of us there and only one could leave at a time if someone wanted lights when they got back
