Comfortable but waste a lot of time to get on the lift
Pros:

bed is nice and comfy, room is wide and spacious, pool seems not really safe cause got tiles broken, the omelet for breakfast is top tier!

Cons:

the waiting time to get on the lift omg!!!! you could have been better in managing this issue. so wasting time and testing patience!

la posizione centrale colazione con molta scelta abbondante camere spaziose.

Cons:

le camere non vengono pulite e non cambiati gli asciugamani in 3 notti non hanno mai fatto i letti, cambiato asciugamani ,messo carta igienica.Ultimo giorno non c'era l'acqua calda.

Если только на один день то можно, но за такую цену приеду снова, выбор отелей большой в этом городе

Большое здание отеля, большая комната , удобные кровати, вкусный завтрак огромный выбор,

Cons:

Я бронировал на 2 дня, персонал на следующий день заблокировал карту входа, я пришел перепрограммировать карту, ушел и она работала, через 20 минут перестала работать, пришлось опять идти и перепрограммировать, в комнате душ требуется ремонта - держатели душевого крана висит еле кое как, бассейн снаружи грязный, для такого высокого бюджета не стоит отель, видно что обслуживание отеля слабоватое , требуется дополнительный персонал,

Lift verry verry dispointed. I wait for long time after got cannot go to level i want and i have to wait more 😓
