Pros:

Great location! The property is close to many tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Everything was easily accessible, and we had an enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The room was not sufficiently clean and there was noticeable dust throughout the room. As someone who suffers from sinus allergies, this caused considerable discomfort and negatively impacted my stay, making it difficult to rest and sleep properly.

The towels were also in poor condition, appearing old, thin, and heavily worn. Replacing them with new towels would greatly improve the guest experience and better reflect acceptable hospitality standards.

A nice place to stay while exploring Melaka.
Pros:

The ambience & location of the hotel which is along the river canal that carried me away.

Cons:

There is no shopping market to buy sundry things including some biscuits, pastry & mineral water.

Secondly, the breakfast is just average. I stayed 2 nights & 3 days. On the second day, the same breakfast was served and there was no change on the menu. The hotel management should look into serving at least good breakfast and more over not serving the same breakfast menu the following day. Pls try to serve different menus on a daily basis.

Pros:

The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with so many varieties to choose from! My absolute favourite part was the dining time arrangement—it’s open from 7 am to 12 pm. It's so rare to have such a generous window, allowing us to take our time and really enjoy the food without feeling rushed.

Cons:

We would like to raise a concern regarding our room. The towels provided do not appear to be fresh or properly cleaned, which is concerning.

Furthermore, we were surprised to discover that the bathroom is built with transparent glass and lacks adequate privacy features. This setup significantly compromises our privacy and is not something we expected when booking the room.

U can choose to get yr room clean up or not by phone call.

Cons:

Bath room glass window can see thru at least 30%. Not very suitable for room sharing with normal friend.
