Cons:

I booked this hotel for event. Have 4 lift. But took me 20 minutes to wait to get in lift bring me to ground floor. Same goes when I go back to my room floor. Super frustrated.

Apart from the issues above, the stay was pleasant.
Pros:

The reception and security crew were very friendly and helpful. The hotel&residence has its own shopping mall and is located near other retail outlets, including a pharmacy and several eateries. Our room overlooks the Malacca river, so we could see the night cruise boats sailing by.

Cons:

Our room is on level 38, but from the balcony, we can still hear the noise from the pool at level 9. The floors in both bathrooms have no drainage holes, so it was difficult to remove the water when it spilt onto the floor. The sliding door of the cubicle separating the toilet from the shower is heavy and not suitable for disabled guests.

So far bilik strategy. Sebab dapat dekat dengan lif. Bilik bersih..kemudahan bilik so far okeh. Boleh berfungsi. Siaran TV clear.

Cons:

Cuma part untuk pulang deposit je lambat. Sebab mana2 pergi hotel lepas keluar terus dapat deposit. Yang dia ni Hold kami punya deposit. keep say housekeeping tak check lagi. Kami semua kena bagitahu check out awal. Before 11am tau. Tapi deposit dapat almost 4jam baru refund. If you say. Nak stay dekat sini lagi. I prefer Swiss garden.
