La responsable de l’hôtel est très sympathique
Je crois que nous étions les seuls clients de l’hôtel pour la première nuit. La chambre n’était pas chauffée et cela a pris du temps pour atteindre une température satisfaisante. La salle à manger n’était pas chauffée non plus pour le petit déjeuner. Pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Le 2ème jour, nous avons déjeuné ailleurs.
The hotel was really nice. The staff were welcoming and warm and their English was pretty good. The shower was really nice. The water pressure was good and there was warm water for a long shower. The room was really clean and comfortable. We checked in at 12 AM and the staff waited for us until we came to welcome us and give us the keys to the room which was really nice.
The room cleaning includes only towel change and empty the trash cans and that’s it. No change of sheets or more paper towels and the room is pretty dark, the lamps are small so there is not much light at night.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier then expected and she gave us direct access to the room. We had a wide room with a great view on the mountains.
The room was noisy and dusty. We saw a cockroach on the top of the bed.
After our chek-in the owner left town and we didn’t get a room service (fresh towels, tea, cleanning etc.). We did the check out with children and the owner on WhatsApp.
Great hotel in a great location… everything close by but aware from the Main Street noise! The hotel manager can’t do enough for you, so kind and very responsive/helpful via WhatsApp before my stay too.

Had a fantastic stay. The hotel staffs are friendly and the owner Kieu Anh was incredibly awesome and knowledgeable. The room was comfortable and spacious with amazing views of the mountain. Walking distance to Sun Plasa Center train station and shopping centers. Highly recommended.

Falsely advertise, the worst standard overall. I should get a refund. Appalling rooms and service. Disgusted.
Sapa Dragon is a family run place in a great part of town. The family is incredibly nice and very accommodating. We stayed here for a night & ended up rebooking with them again when we passed through a second time. We couldn't have asked for better.
Saps Dragon is off a relatively quiet street but still close to town center. Rooms are spacious but basic. We picked the room facing garden view so it was very quiet. WiFi was good. Breakfast was adequate. This is a family run hotel and the staff very helpful, warm and accommodating.
We were welcomed on arrival, and the staff were super friendly, they organised tickets, even took us to local garage for repairs. Breakfast was small but good.
