Pros:

Overall the hotel was good and have amazing location, right next to the train station. We had breakfast there and it was also very good. The staff was also super friendly and receptive to us.

Cons:

The room was a bit dark and sometimes there was noise from the train, but overall our stay was very good.

Por outro lado, o atendimento foi muito bom, com um ambiente familiar e agradável, o que tornou a estadia mais acolhedora.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Eigentümer, Lage direkt neben Bahnhof, neues bequemes Boxspringbett

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber der Eigentümer Marco tut sein Bestes, um das Hotel zu renovieren und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten

Clean, Quite and close to the train station
Pros:

A private hotel just over 20 minutes by train from Zermatt. The station is right downstairs, very close yet quiet. The owner is very welcoming, the hotel is clean, and has its own unique style, offering a tranquil beauty away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can take the early train the next day to Zermatt to see the night view of the lights. It's a great value for the price.

Great value with a short train ride to Zermatt
Pros:

The beds were comfy and the location was right next to the train, which we used with our Swiss Travel pass to easily travel into/out of Zermatt. The hotel offered a great value for our last minute booking compared to other options available.

Cons:

It didn’t bother us, but a heads up for those with limited mobility that there is no elevator and our rooms were on the third floor.
