A beautiful hotel where a warm welcome awaits you. Very conveniently located for access to Bilbao Port. Lovely breakfast with plenty of fresh produce and choices for adults and children. 5 minute drive from a beautiful beach and restaurant area

Lack of air con is a drawback,no restraunt in walking distance
It is the perfect place to stay if you are catching the ferry just a 15 minute drive away. We had a booking for the night before the ferry but at the last minute decided to make the 900km drive from France in a day instead of two so arrived very late the day before and really appreciated the owner waiting for us. We had booked a room in the actual Hotel but found it didn’t have AC so we moved to a little cabin (1 of 5) beside the Hotel still within the gated area with AC which was very comfortable. Parking almost at the door à la American Motels was so handy for sorting the luggage. A significant difference though is that there is nothing in the room, no kettle ,no fridge. There are toiletries (Toothbrush/ comb/ shoe shine/ shaving set/ Shampoo and Shower Gel) but not even a bottle of water which was kind of strange.
The lack of food, Breakfast is provided at €9 pp but no other food is available and there is very little on offer in the locality. The attitude of the owners around food is a bit strange. Given that a cafeteria is advertised on the promotional literature but is unavailable perhaps allowing guests to have access to the microwave which is available at breakfast would be good. We drove around to three different Restuarants , all finished serving or not starting for another two hours…. one eventually sold us some tortillas which we brought back to the Hotel. While the lady of the house did agree to microwave them for us it did come across as an inconvenience for her and made us reluctant to as for anything further.

No es que no me gustase, es un aspecto que considero que tiene margen de mejora, porque los demás difícilmente se pueden mejorar:
Aire acondicionado.
grandes chambres en tres bon état. Lit confortable, douche tres qualitative
Pas de climatisation. Pas une mauvaise surprise car c'etait bien indiqué dans l'annonce mais du coup ça oblige a ouvrir les fenetres avec comme consequences: la vue, le bruit et l'odeur de la raffinerie en face...
Le charme de la maison et l’accueil des propriétaires .

Die Unterkunft war sauber, schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich.
Leider waren wir von Samstag auf Sonntag dort und die Möglichkeit zu frühstücken gab es erst ab 8:00 Uhr. Es gab keine Klimaanlage.

We just caught a bus down the road to get there and a bus back up in the morning. Just make sure you check the bus times. It's only a 7 min bus ride
