Très agréable hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hotel Palacio de Muñatones. Le couple hôtelier est particulièrement agréable, accueillant et attentif, ce qui contribue à une atmosphère chaleureuse et authentique. La chambre est très confortable, propice au repos, et le petit déjeuner est de grande qualité, avec une mention spéciale pour l’excellente charcuterie.

Cons:

la ville de Muskiz est marquée par une activité pétrolière, un élément à connaître avant de réserver. Cela n’enlève toutefois rien au confort et à la qualité de l’accueil de l’établissement.

Pros:

Rooms were nice but not A/c,fans were provided but it was still very hot at night.

Overpriced given location and breakfast
Pros:

Room was clean but due to 30c temperature no aircon and only a fan which just seemed to blow the hot air about the room made it uncomfortable

Cons:

Thought 157 euros was expensive given that location was beside some sort of large oil/gas refinery. There was no bottled water in room. No aircon. There is no food available apart from breakfast. Owner suggested ordering carry-out said nearby restaurants very expensive but we had steak meal, dessert and a bottle of wine which was delicious for 103 euros. Breakfast was not very appetising. Orange juice was squash rather than even concentrated juice, margarine instead of butter, cold precooked omelette sitting to be microwaved, fruit bowl and pastries available rather meagre.

Great value, wonderful room!

Pros:

Great little hotel with secure parking a short drive to the ferry port. No dinner available there, but staff were very happy to heat up the pre prepared food we brought, paired with a lovely bottle of red wine from their wine cabinet, resulting in a great night's sleep. A refreshing shower the following morning before a lovely breakfast was a great start to our ferry journey home.

A well run small hotel with good facilities.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and did their best to ensure that we had a comfortable stay.
The room and en-suite were very modern and well equipped.
Buffet breakfast was well laid out and there was a good choice of tea, coffee and food items.
