Pros:

i request for 30 minutes early check in as i arrived early to johor, and the staff shahira was very polite answering my calls and guide me through self registration. during night after 12 am once we finsihed the wedding , it was easy to back to hotel even main door is lcoked , the staff quickly open it, andthe check out process also quiet easy, room was very cold, and clean . worth for money , will stay here again if i visited kulai

The first time I stayed 3 nights , there was one king bed and two twin beds. The environment was decent at least the floors were dust-free and the room didn't smell. But the second visit was a different story quite disappointing.

Cons:

During my second stay, which was for two nights, the bedsheets and pillows all reeked of sweat, and the entire room had a foul odor. I asked to change rooms, but they only replaced the pillowcases — I understood they couldn't switch rooms since I arrived very late. The next morning at 7:11 AM, I messaged the hotel to request cleaning because the room was so dirty that my skin became itchy from sleeping there. However, the front desk didn't check my message, and when I returned to the hotel in the afternoon, no cleaning had been done at all. On the second day, they moved me to another room, which was even worse — it stank of cigarette smoke. This was the first time I've ever experienced such poor environment and service.
