Pros:

it has 3 floors but the elevator only reached to 2nd floor. Family room is at the 3rd floor so you have you use stairs. If you bring a disabled person, it is inconvenient for you as there is no other way. the staffs are all friendly and kind as they solve this matter by switching the rooms. But all facilities function perfectly and we had a great and comfortable stay here.

Cons:

water filter is outside the room and there is no electric kettle in the room so we have to fetch it outside. If you stay at 3rd floor, you have to go to 2nd floor to fetch it by using stairs.

the bed and beddings are clean. the toilet 50-50. but theres no weird smell like other budget hotels. the room is a bit small but considering the price, its still good.

Pros:

Near to the highway. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Ample private parking spaces.

Cons:

The reception staff is not friendly. The bathroom condition is a bit run down. The floor is slippery and need to be scrub. The air cond is not stable. Knocking sound can be head in the wee hour of the morning and eerie sound can be heard.
