Location
Being in the attic room with a small dog elderly dog that was blind. The lift was very small and made lots of noise. I chose to use the stairs my husband used the lift only because of our dog
When we arrived at the hotel that gives us room 219, second floor. We payed for 3 nights. Are bedroom had no draws in school furniture in, hole in bedroom carpet, damp around window reavels, very dirty walls bathroom toilet was black around the toilet rim. Mirror very dirty again very dirty.also on the bed found 2 black hairs. I went straight down to speak to reception, that give us another room 309, again bedroom dirty but we had some draws. And bathroom was cleaned. Because we was messed around with are bedrooms and moves us to another room 309 on 3rd floor lifts was not working. We came home Friday morning, instead of Saturday morning. We even asked for are money back but thay said can't refund anything bk. I even paid for 3 nights on there car park and again could not get a refund. Some owns me a day for not staying. And reck are holiday. Are booking.com as give us false on line. So feels like crap now. So I've now got lawyers involved. I've also bin told I've got a good case. We have took photos. If I don't get a refund for 1 night then I will be coming for comparison for 3 nights including more.
All of above worse hotel in uk
Location is good close to North pier and even central pier and towers only a 10min walk. Staff were friendly & helpful.
The hotel was dirty, both bedrooms and landings, didn't look like it had seen a vacuum in months. Very shabby, scuffed and damaged furnishings. Broken & dirty bedside lamps On the plus side at least the bedding was clean.
The place is run down & needs a complete refurb. Lift is very small. Struggled to fit 1 adult with suitcase in.
Good location, near to Tower and North Pier.
Mattress needs replacing, no sound proofing, you can hear room above moving about, floors very creaky.
Nice hotel would use again
Not the hotels fault but it was very windy outside and the wind whistled on the building all night
Staff are very friendly and helpfull,
Breakfast was really nice
Private car park was handy (£10 a nigh)
Location is perfect for nightlife, north pier, promenade, short walk into the main shopping area and grand thearte and winter gardens.
Room only price...
Reasonable drinks at the bar
Could offer free parking in own car park
Location
Rooms are dated, dusty, carpets not vacuumed and in need of a revamp! Parking was more expensive than the private carpark across the road. Lift was old, made lots of noise and slow. Breakfast wasn’t included in price and wasn’t worth 12.95 coffee machine broken. Wouldn’t stay again am afraid.
All good 👍
Nothing
The location
Creaky, old, water didn't run hot had to use a hack to get it. Shower then burns or freezes. No sleep as hear every movement from every angle. Broken window.
Great location entertainment brilliant room very big bathroom and shower good size
