Her yere yürüyerek çok yakındı. Havalimanından ulaşım çok kolaydı. Oda büyüklük ve konfor olarak iyiydi. Sadece 4 gün konaklamamızda temizliği geçtim ama en azından çöpler alınıp, havlular değişebilirdi. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Sahipleri güler yüzlüydü. Tekrar gitsem yine aynı yerde konaklardım. However, there are some specific logistical details travelers—especially families and those with specific dietary needs—should keep in mind.
Location & Accessibility
The hotel’s strongest selling point is its excellent location. It is tucked away in a quiet spot but remains incredibly close to Tbilisi’s main attractions.
* Convenience: It’s only a 4-minute walk to the main road and local shops.
* Sightseeing: You are within walking distance of most major landmarks in the Old Town.
Accommodation & Facilities
The property is managed by an elderly couple who handle everything themselves: the husband manages the front office and guest relations, while the wife oversees the kitchen and laundry.
* The Rooms: Everything is kept very clean, including the bathrooms. However, be prepared for small room sizes, which can feel a bit tight when traveling with a full family.

Pros:

El personal, es lo mejor del hotel. La ubicación es excelente. Habitación amplia.

Cons:

Este hotel podría llevarse 10 puntos mejorando algunos aspectos. El desayuno en mi opinión es muy sencillo. La cama el colchón está para cambiar. Sin ser incómodo, hacen ruido los muelles. La bañera necesita tapón.
