Staff lady was bit rude and loud, AC was not working
The location is perfect if you want to walk to the major sightseeing and the metro extremely near
Its clean but i prefer it's a bit cleaner
The sweet little cat who lives on the street made our days so much brighter. He is very affectionate and playful. If you can, please give him some food and water. There are some photos of him below. Thank you for your kindness in advance!❤️❤️❤️❤️
About the accomodation: the owner is kind and flexible, and when we needed it, they kindly prepared breakfast earlier than usual. The room was perfectly fine as well. During our one-week stay, the room was cleaned once and the towels were changed.✨
There is a grocery store, plenty of restaurants, a pharmacy, and a currency exchange office nearby. And not to mention the family-run wine bar at the end of the street, Old Generation, where you can taste incredibly delicious Georgian wines.🍷
The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was acceptable considering the price.
Although there was a hot dish prepared every morning (chebureki, sausages, or breaded meat), the breakfast was nowhere near as generous or varied as it appears in the photos.
Good stay. We stayed for 1 night. Overall it's good.
Breakfast was ok ok. Wafers/ chocolate biscuits were actually not in edible condition. But the location was good. The host was also a nice person.

La almohada era cómoda, no tanto el colchón que se notaban los muelles y se clavaba un poco. Tenía terraza, que me gustó, y el desayuno, aunque era poco variado y algo pobre, no había nada de fruta, era aceptable.
La ubicación está bien, alejado del bullicio, pero más o menos céntrico
Pagamos por tener plaza de parking, pero no existía, aparcamos en la calle y habíamos pagado más por la plaza, que ni si quiera tienen parking. La descripción no corresponde del todo, pero es pasable

Тёмный номер со старым застиранным постельным бельем и полотенцами, старой кроватью с продавленными пружинами, обшарпанными стенами , грязью и плесенью в ванной

Тусклый свет, отсутствие одной лампочки в светильнике, обшарпанные стены, серое и старое постельное белье и полотенца, оборванная штора, продавленный матрац с торчащими пружинами,которые давят на тело , грязь и плесень в ванной комнате
Отлично расположен относительно старого города, парка Рике и Абанотубано. Довольно легко найти. Рядом метро , магазинчик рядом с метро
Очень хорошая слышимость , если заселяются шумные компании. Завтраки очень посредственные, но голодными не останетесь
