The Lake Hotel

When we arrived there was no room available. This is an Expedia problem not the hotels.

I booked room and when arrived showed confirmation and staff said no room was booked even after I showed payment and confirmation of room.

Bloody terrible. We caught a cab with all our luggage to the lake hotel that was booked through Expedia and they turned us away saying there was no room and the hotel was full and that they don’t deal with Expedia any more. Expedia took our money but no rom available. We are in a foreign country visiting our sick father in hospital and have to deal with this on room if it. It was impossible to find a room and we had to stay at the hospital.

Jouduin istumassa receptionissa ja minulle tarjottiin illalla rauhallista työtilaa myös aamiaishuoneesta.

The facility is a mess. Rooms need many things repaired and the facility was a mess

Nice and clean and quiet with a good location. Staff helpful.

Was lured by the promise of a free mini bar. Well, this was true: 2 tiny bags of chips, free coffee and tea, and: water, water, water. I wondered about the free breakfast the following morning, if it consisted of water and rice. In fact it was o.k., especially really good for the Asian taste preference. Otherwise the hotel was o.k, clean, staff was nice and friendly.

The hotel was lovely the staff was amazing, I enjoyed everything about the hotel, we book then hotel as we was flying to on Bangkok next the next morning. It wasn’t much close to the hotel food wise unless you had a car, but the food was lovely at the hotel and the price wasn’t too bad either. I would definitely stay again.

A very relaxing and good stay. The hotel is exactly as shown on the website. This hotel is on the bypass highway, and is good value for money stay, if you have your own transport. The rooms are functionally comfortable. The fittings and other fixtures are tastefully selected and done. This is not a luxury hotel, but a very functional and nice place to relax, besides a lake; a lake view room is thus highly recommended to see the sunrises and sunset colours being reflected in the clouds. The breakfast is not elaborate but is enough for normal people. I am a vegetarian and the hotel went out of their to cook stuff for me. The staff are very friendly and positive. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, as of now. For the price, the hotel is definitely worth it. I would stay in the hotel, if I ever go back to Khon Kaen.

Affordable hotel with basic food. 200 Baht Taxi to Big C shopping centre or airport. Good parking if you have your own car. AC was quiet compared to some hotels.

Goed voor 1 nacht als je met de auto op doorreis bent, ligt te ver buiten de stad om even een stukje in de buurt te lopen, zonder auto is het een afrader. Ontbijt is basis, hotelpersoneel wel vriendelijk maar niet professioneel, zitten aan de receptie zonder airco in de hitte dus je kan daar dan ook niet veel van verwachten ze doen wel hun best.

The staff are very nice and helpful and polite the rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very good. Each room has an excellent view of the lake
