Loud A/C made it impossible to sleep, price was too high for the quality
Pros:

Location was decent and the room was clean, but well used. Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Indifferent staff, the air conditioner was extremely loud and failed to cool unless turned down to the coldest setting, we ended up sleeping with an open window because it was impossible to sleep with it on. Pool was closed and filled with drifted debris, not nice.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind komfortabler und ordentlicher als es von außen den Eindruck macht. Für Montrose bekommt man hier zu einem erschwinglichen Preis ein sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption könnte noch etwas netter sein. Sie war nicht unfreundlich, aber bis auf "Checking in?" und "ID" hat sie auch nicht viel kommuniziert.

Booked the place cause it had a pool and had time to kill while we were there but the pull was empty so had to take the kids to rec center and we turn the ac on while we went to rec center came back and it was off

Happy with my stay. Yes it was an older hotel but it felt clean and you could tell the owner cared about making guests happy and were making improvements. Good towels, sheets and pillows.

I think our initial encounter at check in pretty much tainted the whole experience.
Pros:

The room was clean and pleasant enough for an overnight stay.

Cons:

Woman at Check in was rude and inappropriate. It might be a cultural thing but the negative tone at Check in set a bad impression. Because of her, we would not stay there again. The man at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. They seemed to be of the same nationality. A couple of things might make the stay better. Other hotels provide a small slip of paper at check in with the hotel password for WiFi connection OR they post that information in the room OR at check in they give the information to you. This is a convenience to the customer and the customer doesn’t have to go to the front office to ask how to get on line.. The television service is complicated and I have never seen it before, this requires another trip to the front office to get instructions on how to operate the tv to find programming. And it still isn’t easy! Why not provide a page of instructions in the room for customers to use!? The double occupancy room was provided with one packet to make a single cup of coffee…so we shared it. Tacky! The breakfast was minimal. Who serves hostess chocolate cupcakes for breakfast? Pastries were bad.. and minimal selection provided.
