The room was clean and pleasant enough for an overnight stay.
Woman at Check in was rude and inappropriate. It might be a cultural thing but the negative tone at Check in set a bad impression. Because of her, we would not stay there again. The man at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. They seemed to be of the same nationality. A couple of things might make the stay better. Other hotels provide a small slip of paper at check in with the hotel password for WiFi connection OR they post that information in the room OR at check in they give the information to you. This is a convenience to the customer and the customer doesn’t have to go to the front office to ask how to get on line.. The television service is complicated and I have never seen it before, this requires another trip to the front office to get instructions on how to operate the tv to find programming. And it still isn’t easy! Why not provide a page of instructions in the room for customers to use!? The double occupancy room was provided with one packet to make a single cup of coffee…so we shared it. Tacky! The breakfast was minimal. Who serves hostess chocolate cupcakes for breakfast? Pastries were bad.. and minimal selection provided.
Location and price are the only thing going for this motel. There was a great parking spot right in front of our room we were able to use for most nights that allowed for our large vehicle. The shower had great pressure. A small grassy area was available for pet use in the middle of the parking lot.
The breakfast offered was convenience store bad and not available until 7 am. We left each morning before 7 am and just went across the street to Safeway for danish. The A/C unit was so loud a jet engine would have been preferred roaring in the room and made it impossible to sleep for the 5 night stay. The room had an ant infestation so we were not able to leave the pet food bowl on the floor. Don't go across the parking lot to the Starvin' Arvin restaurant, their prices were sky high. The bath towels provided were really small and thin; next time I travel I will pack my own towels just in case because of this. Even though a pool is listed as an amenity, it was empty and extremely tiny; not something I would recommend even it was usable.

Pool was not open,no good breakfast,staff parked in handicap zone and would not move for a handicap person, instead they woke me up in the middle of the night and wanted me to move my car so a handicap person could park closer to their room, I was in a normal spot. I had a 10 hour drive ahead of me the next day. One morning i woke to broken beer bottles in front of my care, and the staff walked right by it untill I complained about not wanting a flat tire.
