Great hotel for a stay in Murcia
Pros:

Excellent location for exploring the city. A few minutes walk from the cathedral, shops and cafes. As a solo traveller, I was pleased to have a small double room, which was well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, a small fridge with free water, and a balcony to enjoy the early morning sun. I had a lovely shower room with plenty of toiletries, hairdryer, and even decent straighteners.
The breakfast suited me with fresh fruit, yoghurt, lovely bread and pastries.

Cons:

An English speaking channel on the TV would have been nice.

Great hotel in the centre of the old town, fantastic staff, good facilities & good breakfast
Pros:

Location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town. Staff all very helpful, room was great, air conditioning worked well, fridge, tea & coffee facilities. Breakfast was good, selection of hot or cold options

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like, very pleased with our stay

Pros:

La ubicación estaba bastante bien

Cons:

El hotel, realmente se nota que es de 3 estrellas, el ascensor súper pequeño y antiguo además de que la habitación con terraza era muy pequeña( la terraza estaba bien pero privacidad poca porque comunica con las demás terrazas de las habitación) mediante una pared de agujeros totalmente visible. En la habitación no podías dejar ni una miga de comida ya que estaba llena de hormigas y entraban por los bajos de la pared, no por la ventana si no que tienen acceso directo a la habitación por la pared, me parece que deberían de hacer una fumigación porque era un asco tener la habitación llena de hormigas.
No recibimos limpieza en toda la estancia por voluntad propia menos un día que la pedimos porque íbamos a estar todo el día fuera y solo nos cambiaron las toallas, después de tres días no fueron capaces ni de cambiarnos las sábanas.
El trato la verdad que al principio bastante bien hasta que llega el día de irnos y pedimos un late check out por no poder ir a por las cosas y se pusieron bastante insistentes además de que a mi parecer un poco irritantes y con poca amabilidad.
No volveré .

Great hotel for sightseeing in Murcia
Pros:

Excellent hotel for sightseeing around Murcia. Only a few minutes from the Cathedral, very good cafes and shops. I'm a solo traveller but had a small double room which was well equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and small fridge with free water. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of toiletries, hairdryer and decent hair straighteners! My only gripe would be no English speaking chanel on the TV. I also had a balcony which caught the morning sun. I was very happy with the breakfast - fruits, yoghurt, bread, pastries etc.

Comfortable stay in the center of Murcia
Pros:

The hotel has excellent location, it is clean and comfortable. Price is also good value for money. For the car it has an agrrement with a garage which provides you with a discount. We loved our stay. Wish it was longer.
