Important information:

Located in front of the sea, Hotel Oceanic features a pool and a hot tub. It offers rooms with free WiFi and hill views only 0.6 mi from Reñaca Beach.

With large windows overlooking the sea, rooms at Hotel Oceanic feature heating and cable TV. All of them have private bathrooms.

Breakfast is provided. We have bar, lunch and dinner options for guests. Located on the first floor of the Hotel.

Guests can relax on the sun loungers by the heated pool.

Free parking is provided. Hotel Oceanic 3.1 mi is from Viña del Mar bus station and 75 mi from Santiago’s Airport.

Boa localização para passeios e também para caminhar até a praia, vista incrível do quarto que pegamos, ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, comida tanto café da manhã quanto o almoço bem saboroso, com certeza voltaremos!

Nice views and a decent pool, but overall not worth the price due to poor service and outdated facil

The view was definitely the highlight, and the pool was nice. The bed was comfortable enough and overall the stay had some enjoyable aspects.

Cons:

One of the receptionist was extremely rude, and the hotel felt old and run down for the price and star rating. The spa massage and room service food were below average, there were no robes, the pool lounge infrastructure was lacking, and there was noise from a nearby electrical engine.

Decepción por la poca accesibilidad del hotel

El desayuno estaba bueno y la habitación cómoda

Cons:

En ninguna parte de la página ni tampoco en el mensaje por WhatsApp que te envía del hotel después existe alguna alusión a que no tienen ascensor o que usan solo escaleras. Viajé con un adulto mayor que le complica mucho subir escaleras, por lo tanto, no teníamos conocimiento que finalmente para la piscina teníamos que bajar 3 pisos (estábamos alojadas en el 2do).
Tampoco dieron soluciones y cuando consultamos si existía la posibilidad de una habitación en la planta baja dijeron que no.
La comida del Restobar, malísima para lo que se paga. Los pisco sour estaba intomable.
Finalmente, las toallas de la habitación eran viejas y se veían sucias.

Excelente lugar para relajarse he ir en pareja.

La vista que tiene el hotel es maravillosa, las instalaciones son muy buenas, el personal muy amable y la comida del restaurante es bastante rica.

Me hubiese gustado que la piscina estuviese mas temperada, para poder disfrutar aun mas de ese maravillo lugar.
