Close to beach
Staff members were terrible and moody,no smiles or friendly,no bar or alcohol not sure if it’s been stopped as it’s a Musilm’ run hotel,also felt they did not want to connect with people I see many people asking about food and the bar but it was a straight No
Very good basic hotel and excellent value for money. The location is great, directly in front of the sea and very convenient for local amenities. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
Me and my colleague stayed here for a week while working locally as HVAC installers, and we were both very pleased with the experience. We had two single rooms, which were clean, comfortable, and easy to access.
Overall, a simple but very good hotel in Eastbourne, and we would definitely stay again.
The only thing I didn’t really like was the mattress, which was not very comfortable for a longer stay. However, overall the hotel was very good value for money and perfectly suitable for what we paid. Everything else was clean, convenient, and the staff were very welcoming.

There was hair and breadcrumbs on the floor in the room and bathroom, couldn't walk the room barefoot
Unfortunately the bar and restaurant were both closed but the location was close enough to walk to town and The Pier
No food available at this hotel that was extremely disappointing.
We made our tea in the room and we had two come drinks and on the first day no room service still dirty cups an glasses when we came back from our day in Eastbourne. We could not keep the window open without two coke drink cans to wedge the window open for fresh air. Uncomfortable bed.

When we got there was given a room that I wouldn't even let my dog stay in let alone my self .when we was moved rooms was alot better .
Bar was not open and restaurant was closed .
