Lovely people, but somewhat overwhelmed by a full hotel.
Pros:

The staff were fabulous, friendly, polite and would go out of their way to help in anyway they could.

Cons:

Room was dark and bitterly cold as the windows didn't close properly, it was like walking into a fridge.. I had to put my coat on in the room and wore a thick fleece and coat to bed. The water in the shower was dangerously hot, if you tried to turn it down it would come out freezing cold

Enjoyable clean we didn’t eat in the hotel because we were meeting friends every day we stayed.

yes breakfast lovely.i asked for mushrooms and tomato with my breakfast staff where polite and helfull

Service with a friendly smile.
Pros:

Breakfast was reasonable and fair. Could have done with some cold water as well as the fruit juice and tea and coffee. Good that decaf was available.

The lack of an alternative to the butter.

Breakfast was basic but hot and tasty. I would have liked a few more yogurt/granola/cheese/meat/porridge choices maybe

Dilora and Deniz go above and beyond to enhance the guests stay
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our visit to the Majestic hotel.
The rooms were great, beds very clean, hospitality tray replenished daily.
There were plenty of options for breakfast with the hot options constantly being checked and replenished throughout.
Above everything else, Dilora and Deniz are what make this hotel stand out, they can not do enough for the guests, they are fantastic.
We will definitely be back.

Horrible
Cons:

Rude staff, unclean room (hairs on toilet seat, stains on bedding, dead fly on table), would not stay there again - horrible and unsafe atmosphere. Only thing to recommend is the view but even so, you are better off seeing it from a different hotel! Price doesn’t match the quality of the hotel, if the facilites are a poor standard then the price should be lower
