Very good location
A lot of work going on so not everywhere available. Many people must take early ferries from this location but no early breakfasts available and no refund available if you can't have breakfast even when paid for at time of booking.

Booking said free breakfast included. It wasn't, it was £20 extra (possibly per night I couldnt figure it out)

None of this comes up on the Hotels.com search.
We had to cancel before we even left as hidden charges appeared to near £100 for an already costly £300 stay.
If only they hadn't hidden the charges. But they did. I lost all trust in them.
Oh and they rarely pick up the phone. Expect to call repeatedly before answer. It took us 24 hours to get a phone picked up.
Bed was small and uncomfortable
Not a great hotel, tired and not very clean. Breakfast ok, staff mostly friendly apart from the bar man, not friendly to the point of being rude. Room large but very basic, curtains did not close fully, towels clean, bathroom small with no shower gel, the on wall dispenser was empty, dirty walls and in great need of decoration. Whole hotel not clean

Bed linen and towels were very clean and well presented.

Peeling wallpaper,painted trims chipped and peeling, musty damp smell in bathroom, broken tiles. TV in room no picture just sound.
Comfortable bed, clean, bright room. Friendly staff. Location.
Breakfast could have been a bit better. Choices on offer were a bit boring. Fresh fruit is available but it is already cut into a bowl and all mixed together. Yogurt is also put into a bowl with a spoon to help yourself. Would have preferred individual fruit and single pot Yogurt. Bread was not the best with little choice. Cooked food was OK.
