Breakfast was very good
The room was awful.
A converted cupboard with jaded facilities and furniture that would not be acceptable in a charity shop. Duvet was torn.
Shower head was broken. Light in bathroom not working and general neglect.
Just love oban room was defo worth the money
Nothing
Great seafront location close to everything.Walking distance.Good sized room and bathroom(both clean),large restaurant with good choices
Property a little bit tired.
Ideal for one night if on the way to the Hebrides.
£10 charge for parking in hotel car park and £20 for taking a dog per night. Hotel is a bit tatty.
Nothing
Everything
I found that the place was wonderful, it was showing its age, but thats what is expected. Too many places are sterile now after being done up, this place shows its age, but thats great. The breakfast buffet was good, and the staff very attentive. I would love to go there again any time.
Wierd green light
Friendly staff and good location
Noisy, squeaky floors, rotten windows
Amazing view from the room
The road on the way out
It shouldn’t even be a running hotel, the smell when your first walked into the hotel was awful, the receptionist was lovely, entered the lift which shook like nothing on earth! The smell then changed for the worst as soon as we hit the first floor, the doors to the rooms looked like people had tried to escape. We entered our room and omg it was horrendous there were cob webs everywhere, it was dark dingy wet & cold feeling. The carpet was worn out with stains all over it, the bathroom was something like the 1970s yellow bath and toilet. Never again even if I got paid to stay there! The pictures on booking.com certainly are not the hotels pictures.
Hotel was spotless but dated, seems to be work going on in one side of hotel
Disappointed to have to pay for parking £10 per night
