Bathroom fan was poor. ....made it difficult to remove steam from shower....

Pros:

Rooms were of a good size. We got a room not renovated. Lounge & dinning area with big glass windows- great. ( Decor could do with an update. Bar menu food turned out okay.

Cons:

Arrived with a good back & left with a bad back due to the terrible bed. Inner springs pinged on every move so not supporting or comfortable.
Breakfast was very ordinary. Staff just helpful. Choices could be better & presentation much nicer. Tables not cleared.
Value for money- did not met expectations. Perhaps a drink voucher provided on arrival for first beverage with a very sour bar attendant. We did get a smile out of him later.
Place on arrival looked dirty & uninviting. Front entrance needs a clean up & freshen up.

Drab and disappointing

Cons:

Really run down facilities. Torn, worn and dirty carpets taped together in places. Stains on bedroom ceiling. Walls needed painting. Chipped and dirty corners. Old burn mark on floor in the bathroom and on carpet at room door.
Weird layout to buffet breakfast. Powdered eggs for scrambled!! Poor clearing of dishes, maintenance of coffee machine. Given we were there for only 14 hours it was pretty disappointing.
