Comfortable.
Pros:

Staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

More attention to detail needed on room cleaning. Found some sticky drink stain in one corner of the room (presumably from a previous resident). The hotel front entrance ramp was right in front of our room window. It was hot weather so the window had to be opened but this meant hearing people at close quarters as they walked in or out of the front entrance.

Very welcoming staff at reception, who helped us set up charging for our electric vehicle. Good breakfast.

A pleasant surprise outside Fort William
Pros:

The hotel is a little dated from the outside but clear effort is being made inside to renovate.

The reception and bar area looked fresh and our room was newly refurbished and excellently finished.

We had a great room with a lovely view of the Loch.

Cons:

Exterior a little dated. Some elements in need of modernisation (e.g. lifts and doors) but all functional.

Old Galleon, creaking, and straining floorboards.
Pros:

Location was not too far from town, was quiet even though road was near.
Staff were all nice, and helpful.

Cons:

Floorboards, creaked and groaned like an old timber Galleon.
Walking on floor was an experience on its own.
4th floor , not sure if other floors were the same.
But I should imagine they were.

Pros:

Perfectly situated just out of town. An easy drive into Fort William, and the views over the loch were stunning! Receptionist Dan made us feel instantly welcome - with lots of great recommendations!

Cons:

A little bit tired from the outside - but don’t let that fool you. Our room was spotless and freshly updated!

It looked like a 70's hotel in the Catalan Coast. Old furniture, doors with patches, I asked for a big beg and they gave us a room with twin beds. Food lousy.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön. Das Gebäude sieht von aussen älter aus, aber die Zimmer sind scheinen vor kurzem renoviert worden zu sein und sind sauber und modern.

Great short stop for audax rider
Pros:

I booked this hotel as part of a long distance challenge and that I was ab;e to get to my room at 4 in the monring made it all worthwhile. I may have only bee there for 4 hours, but I goy some sound if short sleep and if I do this event again it's goig to be on my list!

Alright for one night.
Pros:

Good location, lovely staff. Great view from the room. Had plant butter and soy milk as vegan options for breakfast.

Cons:

Parking fills up quickly in the evening and we had to parallel park behind the building, not sure if people getting there later would have gotten a spot. Bathroom was not clean, handsoap was empty, could not use the shower as there was no water pressure and knobs hardly worked, no hair conditioner. The carpet in the room looks old and smells dusty, did not want to step on it without slippers.
