Pros:

Chambre agréable et assez grande.
Tout le personnel est adorable. Cela commence par la réceptionniste, les serveuses et serveur ainsi que le personnel de chambre. Nous avons adoré le menu du dîner ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Le personnel est vraiment disponible. Les meilleurs de notre séjour 😊 merci à tous et toutes.

Cons:

Le petit point à améliorer je pense, notre chambre était un peu vieillotte. Nous avons très bien dormi mais dans un décor ancien. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais c'est bon à savoir 😉

Cons:

The bed was comfortable, however lack of sockets in the room just one double socket. when we saw in other rooms when being cleaned they looked much upto date than ours. Having to use a key to lock and unlock the room as opposed to key card, keys in most hotel have been obsolete for many years. The extractor fan in the bathroom, notice on wall stating that extraction system is only operated by a timer which is between morning 0745am - 12.00pm and evening 5pm - 8.30pm, never heard of anything so ridiculous.

Pros:

The room was large. The water was hot with good pressure. The food was great (breakfast and supper) and the on-site bar was nice and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was self regulated and quite nice.

Cons:

The water smelt like it got too close to a sewer source. I said something at the front desk. They were used to it and said it was "good water". We went and bought a big bottle for bathroom stuff.

Pros:

Tiene una buena ubicación, muy cerquita del pueblo pero no para ir andando. Desayuno justo con buenas vistas al lago (que no es lago). Personal amable.

Cons:

La habitación tenía una moqueta que daba asco. Movimos un poco la cama y salió de ahi lo no escrito. Reclamamos y lo limpiaron, pero esas cosas dan muy mala imagen.

Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The floor boards on the 4th floor were really noisy.
No soap in the bathroom
The door did not close securely. Had to put a chair against it. Window didn't close properly. Burned pizza for dinner in the bar.
Would not recommend.
