People breaking the rules & using the pool with out paying nd spa facilities when we all pay good money.

The hotel has the potential to be a lovely destination. The location is excellent, the overall design and aesthetic are attractive, and some members of staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and professional. There are clearly some beautiful spaces within the hotel, and we could see why it appeals to so many guests
Unfortunately, the hotel felt poorly maintained and inconsistent. Some areas were beautiful, while others felt neglected and below the standard expected for the price paid. Our room’s air conditioning was ineffective despite being set to 18°C, with the room remaining around 26°C overnight. The headboard was heavily stained, the pool area was untidy with rubbish left around, and the spa was extremely noisy and overcrowded, making it difficult to relax. Restaurant service was disappointing, and several staff members appeared unable to answer basic questions or provide assistance. The hotel seems to be prioritising volume of guests over the quality of the guest experience.
Lovely decor and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the hotel is lovely and has been well thought out including the pool area.

Area was ok, much nicer places further down the coast. The hotel was lovely but it was expensive for one night, we paid over £500 for a family room (not in the school holidays) and we couldn't check in until 3pm then checkout is 11am. I think they could at least have free parking for this rate, but instead we paid extra for that. Everything was an add on, so it got really expensive for a night away.

We waited 45min for breakfast, however the communication was good as in we was kept informed about it and the waiter apologised for the delay which was very much do appreciated.
However at dinner, they completely forgot our dessetwe waited for over an hour and a half!!! However the waiter apologised.
However was disappointed with the food by the pool for lunch I ordered a chicken bang bang salad expecting a salad, I got 2strips of chicken and a few green beans no lettuce or actual salad, it's misleading I'd call this a snack!! Dinner was so tasty in comparison and great value for money!
The staff went over and above to help make our wedding day so special. We loved Evernote the hotel and Harry rocks good and staff were fantastic.

No room in between the sunbeds round the pool theve crammed to many in your literally few inches from the next person .
2 nice restaurants although we couldn’t get in 1 during our 2 night stay which was disappointing .
Full English breakfast you only get half an hash brown as there quite big apparently so you only get half .
We stayed in a cosy double inland room ,
was no space to put things anywhere , the wardrobe was so tiny you could barely fit anything in there , that room is over priced for what it is .

The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was a good size with a powerful shower. The room was well appointed with a fridge, hairdryer, bathrobes and a stacked minibar.
The rooms were very small taken up mainly by the very large bed. There were no surfaces in either the bedroom or the bathroom to put things, even the washbag had to go on the floor. Whilst it's lovely to have white decor, it's simply not practical to have items like white material headboards as ours was covered in stains and the white fluffy chair was grubby. The white bathroom mirror had a lot of rust or dirt around the bottom of it and overall I felt the rooms underdelivered most especially for the price we paid.
