Beautiful venue and comfy rooms but too expensive for what it is. Should be an adults only hotel for price
Pros:

Beautiful setting and comfy beds. Lovely finish in rooms but expensive for standard rooms with view of the travel lodge.

Cons:

Too busy, slow service from staff. Outside closes too early for drinks in the evening, very expensive. Children of other guests not kept under control at the pool. The lift only holds two people to you have to wait an along time and walk up onto high floors.Parking £27 a day not explained until you collect the car. You can hear the rooms above you

Beautiful, serene and a great place to have some fun!
Pros:

Stunning setting, immaculate decoration and a very chilled atmosphere

Cons:

The service was at times slow so that could be improved given the price point.

Felt as if I was away longer it was amazing

Over priced, over crowded

The location was perfect

Cons:

The additional bed for our son was worse than sleeping on the floor. The hotel felt too busy, weddings, birthday parties going on it felt like the hotel couldnt accommodate the other hotel guests in terms of dinner etc. Some menu choices sold out. Felt very crowded and unrelaxing. Pool extremely busy

Very disappointing for an expensive hotel which otherwise has a lot of potential.
Pros:

The restaurant was excellent and the meals we have were impressive. The staff throughout are very helpful, especially at the pool.

Cons:

We felt badly let down as we were told the hotel was step free. My wife is disabled and uses a walker or wheelchair. It was very difficult for her to get to the pool and it needed two fit adults to help her up.If we had known this we would not have booked. Also there are no toilets at the pool level which means you have to take a lift everything you want to go to the toilet. Although the hotel has been modernised very effectively the lifts are very small and it was difficult to get even a small wheelchair in one.

The hotel is very nice, but see above that would make it better
Pros:

They upgraded us which was nice

Cons:

No Long mirror, dressing table not near mirror, no hook to put towel on when you shower. Shower leaks all over floor when you have it on

Holiday vibes in Bournemouth
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Booked a cozy room but was upgraded on arrival which was very welcome. Very clean with AC - much needed in 31 degrees! Real holiday vibe. Loved it. Wish we'd booked for longer.

Cons:

Pool was quite busy but it was boiling hot and we got there late - still managed to get loungers though. Would be good if they allowed you to use pool facilities beyond 1pm on day of checkout. But that's my only gripe.

Disappointing
Pros:

Clean and modern
Nice rooms
Although had to ask for room to be serviced… resulting in us being late for a very important competition

Cons:

Too many people - not enough staff
50 minute phone call - no answer
2 weeks to answer a message
Sent another 4 messages - no reply!
Slow service - having to ask for menus - then once finished - asked for bill - no bill arrived - had to go to bar to find staff - again , were meeting people and were on a tight schedule.
Air con not working in room
Key cards not working - had to find a member of staff to get into your room (every time)
Rude, inconsiderate staff. One person was helpful, although never followed up on the fact we were going to be informed when room was ready. 2 hours later we sorted ourselves. Promised luggage would be in room - was not! Made us late again!!
Sunbeds (if you were lucky to get one) were literally a cm away from the person next to you…. And to top it off one dog was walking around the pool off lead and another (which was on a lead) was allowed by their owner to have a drink out of the pool. Appalling.
Promised an email from a member of management on Monday; nothing received !
