Not bad could be a lot better for the money

£27 per night to park in the car park
Expensive Breakfast had to be sent back as overcooked .
We had a message booked in the spa for my wife’s birthday which was cancelled on the day due to no staff.
Hotel needs to be better for the costs of food and drinks ,
No birthday gift or mention in the hotel even though we told them.
Try to charge for everything .

Miami in Bournemouth! True quality.
Pros:

Great feeling from the entrance through to the internal and external pool, the gym, the two restaurants, the rooms. We had excellent sunshine so truly felt on holiday.

Service in the main Restaurant was terrible never experienced anything like it had my 17 month year-old with us for dinner over two hours to wait for main course and staff did not make us aware that it would be such a long wait really let the whole experience down

Fantastic short break with perfect weather
Pros:

Nothing to fault. The room was a fair size for a couple of nights. The facilities are second to none. Great gym, spa and the outdoor pool is fantastic. Drink prices are reasonable for a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast was fantastic and we have an great evening meal one night. Love it.

Cons:

Seeing everyone put their towels down early doors to secure the best spot and not use the beds for a few hours was interesting.

Pros:

Rooms and facilities of a high standard.

Cons:

Restaurant very busy. I was a single guest. Seemed. to be a lot of day visitors. Easy to get overlooked. I accept that I could have been a little more assertive.

Pros:

We had the cheapest room no view but very nice . Comfortable bed great shower .

People are allowed to smoke in public areas
