Que llegamos y no estaba lista la habitación y pasaba de las 3 pm
No hicieron aseo, la señora de la recepción ni responde el saludo.
Deberían colocar una cortina en el baño para que no se moje todo el piso

El trato de la recepción, grotescas, nada amables.
La habitación que nos dieron primero olía terrible a humedad y había cabellos en la cama.
Nos cambiaron a otra y no hay elevador.
No tienen estacionamiento.
Y las recepcionistas fueron muy groseras.
El tv, no sirve el sonido
No tiene donde guardar ropa.

La distancia al mar, netflix.

Cons:

Las habitaciones estaban muy feas, muy pequeñas, el de al lado hacia mucho ruido, no dejaba dormir, el wifi no servia, las cobijas tiesas, viejas y delgadas, hacia mucho frio, se escuchaba el soplar del viento. La recepcionista my grosera. Se me hizo un lugar tan feo que solo me quedé dos noches, en las cuales la segunda ya no pude dormir y me tuve que salir y perder los dias que pagué. ya que pagúe del dí martes al lunes. Solo me quedé la noche del miercoles y jueves. No regresaría a ese hotel.

En el alojamiento me trataron de manera grosera, querían cobrarme de más, no el precio que venía estipulado, me enviaron hasta la última habitación del hotel y de desayuno (que venía incluído con mi pago) me dieron sólo un mini tazón de fruta para mi hijo y para mí, porque no era el desayuno aplicable para dos
