Perfettibile
Pros:

Può andare. Il prezzo è modesto, l'hotel è buono. Scomodo il dislocamento delle camere rispetto alla reception. Il ristorante meglio non usarlo, tempi biblici per il servizio.

Pros:

Service good, the rooms are 100m or so away from the reception, taken there by golf cart. Nice large room, good air conditioning, nice comfy bed.
Bathroom was ok, except shower over the bath, but with no curtain, so water goes everywhere. But there were also ants or termites coming from a crack in the tiling around the bath. A few dead ones in the bath when I arrived in the evening, but the next morning there were loads! Using the hot shower into the crack, I managed to get rid of most of them, hardly any left the next day!
Wi-fi good. Breakfast ok, friendly staff.
Taxis expensive in this city. Over twice the price of Yangon 15,000 from the airport (us$12 approx) for less than 10 minutes ride and then $20 to go back! But I did have a taxi for the day sightseeing which was 60,000 for 8 hours not so bad

Gutes Preis-Lesitungsverhältnis
Pros:

Local Middle Class comes here
Pros:

Owned by an Airline, this hotel hosts doing well middle class Burmese nationals with a 5% foreigners' content.
A huge füllt airconditioned and extremely helpful, overwhelmingly friendly staff awaits you.
With an electric golf course car, you will be taken to the next building, where the guest accommodations are. On the way, a second unfinished Entrance Hall passes by.
The room is spartanic, yet has a TV, good beds, a bathroom without bath. At the location where the bath was supposed to be is a shower. Bathroom utensils are Chinese made, well selected. Nice Towels, also a robe with several sorts of sandals.
A place to stay, wouldnt it just not be far from anywhere. Walking anywhere at this continuous hot climate is futile.
Simple taxi rides, executed by limousine services are only available at quadriple rates compared to Rangun.
Breakfast is western, Chinese plus local style. Enough to have a selection, esp the marvellous local fruits, you impossibly will get in any other, food conglomerates controlled country.
